Method of Fixed Assets Financing under the conditions of risk and uncertainty

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of choosing the right form of financing in the risk and uncertainty conditions - by bank loan or finance leasing. The leasing principle, contemporary condition of the Czech leasing market and the factors influencing the price of the financial leasing are reviewed at first. Then the attention is transfered to bank loans and their diversification. To finish the theorical data I´m featuring the methods of comparing both forms of financing and defining the risks. The aim of diploma thesis is choosing which of two forms of financing is preferable for the enterprise who wants to buy new goods vehicle for its business.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the most optimal variant of financing the investment project of the winery. The core of the work is to comparative analysis of a subsidy programme, a bank loan and a leasing. The diploma thesis is consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part, I am going to explain the sources of project financing and ways which determine the effectiveness of the project. The practical part evaluates the management of the winery and describes budget of project. In conclusion, I suggest the specific possibility of project financing.

Possibilities of Financing of Construction Investment in Municipality

My bachelor’s thesis „Possibilities of financing of construction investment in municipality“ is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part contains definition of investment, the possibility of financial resources and also thesis includes non-profit sector. I particularly deal with non-profit and non-governmental organizations, their classification and funding. The practical part is directed again to financing but this time financing specifically construction belonging to non-profit sector. For this opportunity I chose the reconstruction of the building of kindergarten Pohádka located in town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. I performed analysis of particular possibilities that could be used to financing of the building reconstruction. Finally I also pointed to the appropriate way of financing for this city.

Analysis of Financing of Development Strategies of Selected Municipalities

The bachelor thesis is oriented at financing development starategies of district Brno- Černovice. Public administration structure, territorial state administration, territorial self- government are defined in the theoretical part. Municipal budget and its content, municipal budget assembly process are clarified too. Theoretical part also contains grants, bank loans and invesment financing. The practical part characterizes selected publical commission Reconstruction of the sports complex and analyzes the funding possibilities. Based on this analysis are designed alternative solutions of financing, the inflence of selected publical commission on regional development is reviewed after the analysis.

Particular variations of purchase and financing of fixed assets are described in the teoretical part of the thesis, presentation of the specific company and long-term property that is purchased and variations of financing are described in the practical part of the thesis. The aim of the thesis is to assess possible recources of financing purchase of long-term property in the specific company and suggest an optimal solution.

The subject of the Master´s thesis is a financing of business activities in the conditions of the Czech Republic before the outbreak of the global pandemic COVID 19, at present and the possible future development of financing. The first part focuses on the theoretical analysis of individual financing options, their distribution and a detailed overview and description. The second part of the thesis is focused on the hotel industry and a selection of appropriate forms of financing for the investment´s implementation in the hotel for the future. The Emphasis will be placed on the optimal selection of state compensation and re-start of business for its future viability and operation.

This bachelor thesis „Project of software for comparing advantageousness of leasing with loan“ solves the situation, that came with the effect of changes in law of income tax. It compares which form of purchase of passenger vehicles for entrepreneurial purpose is more advantageous – if leasing, or loan. Theoretical part focuses on definiton of all basic terms. Practical part is divided into specific comparison leasing with loan, and conceptual part, which deals with solving current situation by creating software for choosing the optimal form of funding.
