The Analysis of Public Housing Scheme of Janov

Bachelor thesis is orientated on issue of analysing building up rental flats in Janov village. In first part of this thesis I review setting of village, its characterization and I also describe its legal posititon. In second part I define its meaning and function of village budget, including all stages of budget operation. Third part is based on analysing incomes and outcomes of Janov village. Analysing is based on data collection which was made in past. In fourth part is analysed financing of building up rental flats in Janov village whereas financing was sucessfully done with help of instruments as Public fonds, bank loan and also with its own financial instruments.

Production information system of small firm

This diploma thesis deals with the issues concerning the creation a part of information system for a company that has so far been usány this information subsystems in paper form, which has been ceasing to fulfill the company's requirements and needs. Based on a current situation analysis, deficiencies of the existing information system are discovered, which might be eliminated by several proposed solutions. These proposed solutions are examined through previously chosen criteria and based on this optimalization, the optimal solution will be chosen. Furthermore, this solution will be evaluated from the economic point of view and through other perspective benefits, which the solution might bring for the company.

In my Bachelor´s thesis I deal with solution of communication problem in company which occur in internal level. The beginning of bachelor´s thesis is addict to theory which is followed by practical part, which is addict to analysis of prezent situation. This part is devided to three chapters. The first one describe analysis of externel background, the sekond analysis of market and branch and the last part is apply to analysis of internal background of copany. After this part is section describing suggestions and arrangements. In conclusion is achieve interpretation of suggesting solution.

Automation of ordering system errors

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of the automatic error cleansing software which clears the errors generated by the ordering system. Based on the error analysis (e.g. their causes and possibilities of their correction) the software enables the automatic error correction without the necessity of any manual action resulting in minimal delay of customers’ orders.

This work presents draft of possible results, which should the company made to make the information system better. The part of this work describes the analysis of the company, and the main part of its information system. On the basis of this analysis are designed possible changes leading to an effectively usage of the system. There are also described the basic aspects of the company aplications integration.
