Diploma thesis deals with the determination of the intrinsic value of Philip Morris ČR a.s. shares using methods of fundamental stock analysis. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts and methods that relate to this issue and will be used in the processing of the following parts. The analytical part contains fundamental stock analysis compiled on macroeconomic, branch and corporate level. The proposal part focuses on the application of selected methods to quantify the intrinsic value of shares, including the subsequent recommendation for investors.

This thesis deals with the fundamental analysis of the Pegas Nonwovens SA enterprise, on the basis of which it determines the intrinsic value of the shares. The thesis provides readers with theoretical information of the subject, and presents their practical use when analyzing a specific company. The fundamental analysis is divided into three parts: global, sectoral and financial analysis. In conclusion, the calculated intrinsic value of the shares is compared with their market price and investment recommendations are provided.

The bachelor thesis deals with the initial public offering (IPO), as funding opportunities for business development by own external sources. There is the basic definition of the theoretical concepts related to the IPO (financial market, joint-stock company, IPO). Further the work deals with the analysis of the chosen company and its suitability for the IPO, which mainly assesses the readiness of the company, selecting the optimal market and accuracy of timing. Aim of this work is to determine the steps which are necessary for the company to implement the IPO.

The thesis presents basic theoretical considerations relating to the financial market, the joint stock company and the IPO method. The analysis of Partners Financial Services in terms of the level of readiness for admission to the stock exchange, selection of a suitable market for IPO implementation and assessment of the macroeconomic situation of the macroeconomic situation are also presented in the analytical part.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of taxation of dividends from the point of view of legal entities. Taking into account the breadth of the topic, the work is focused on the taxation of dividends, which are due to a legal entity having its registered office or place of management in the territory of the Czech Republic. It specifies the legal provisions on the issue, both international, EU and national. The findings are applied to a complex model example that sets out the accounting view of the issue beyond the process of dividend taxation.

The subject of this dissertation is to do a fundamental analysis based on chosen shares on the czech capital market. The chosen corporations are Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. and ČEZ, a.s. In this dissertation I have set the share value, the prediction of the progression of dividends and the amount of ratio index. Further I have made a recommendation for future investors and the timing of their commerce.
Fundamental Share Analysis of Selected European Airlines

The objective of this thesis is to propose an investment recommendation in shares of selected airlines based on fundamental analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of investing. To select the best company there was used several intercompany comparison methods, which are based on assessment indicators. The result is an investment recommendation in the form of determining the order of profitability of individual companies.
