The Mapping Survey of the Dominican Convent in Znojmo city

The subject of the diploma thesis is the geodetic survey of historical part of Dominican monastery in Znojmo city and to create documentation of the building. The thesis contains a description of the place of interest, preparation for work and measuring process. Next part the thesis deals with the requirements of creating the drawing documentation of the ground plan and the vertical section and also testing results of the work. The final documentation will be used for the reconstruction of the building.

ZNOJMO - TRANSFORMATION OF THE OLD HOSPITAL AREA

The old hospital complex is located in close proximity to the historical center of Znojmo. The original function is no longer fulfilled and its structure does not correspond to the urban area and thus excludes it. However, due to its location and some historic buildings it has great potential. This work aims to transform the place into a full-fledged part of the city, preserving the original genius loci. After thorough analysis, it determines structures that will be preserved and removed. On the free parcels are proposed buildings of urban blocks with multifunctional use. By its arrangement, it responds to the neighborhood and away from the city, from closed city blocks, it opens to semi-blocks and solitaires.

Srovnávací studie využití městského marketingu na souboru vybraných měst

The present thesis deals with comparative studies of the use of city marketing on the set of selected cities. Thesis analyzes the use of marketing tools so - called city marketing environment in selected cities. Aspects are presented via tools of marketing mix in theoretical part of the thesis. The aim of this thesis is to analyze these tools of city marketing on the set of selected cities. In conclusion, the results and overall evaluation are compared and evaluated. To improve the use of city marketing are recommended certain attitudes.

TITLE: Ruined sacred buildings of royal town Znojmo and the nearest surroundings AUTHOR: Bc. Jan Kočí DEPARTMENT: The History and History Didactics Department SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Dušan Foltýn ABSTRACT: The content of my thesis is a summary of all so far discovered sacral buildings in the territory of the royal town Znojmo, that have not been preserved, but that were destroyed or rebuilt. Gradually there are described defunct the Great Moravian buildings, the medieval and the modern buildings. A special part is the chapter of defunct sacral buildings of the cemetery. Defunct sacral buildings in Znojmo were studied from the perspective of historical, architectural and from the viewpoint of current status and utilization. Personal contribution to this work is a restoration viewpoint and pointing out options to improve the situation. To study were used the primary sources from the archival collections in Znojmo, Czech and German regional literature, files of contemporary periodicals, postcard of the secondary modern literature. The possibility of consultations with local historians and a personal visitation of all described sites for creating custom preview and photos were used as well. Municipal hall in Znojmo

Plot is located in close proximity to the historical core of the town of Znojmo, on the edge of the former fortification ring that surrounded the city park. It is part sports complex, part of which is a football/athletics stadium, a-side football pitch and sports hall. The main idea of the proposal is to link the cultural building and sports complex. The passage is going through the house, open inner courtyard and creates a new semi-public space. In the rear of the building is the outdoor amfiteater, which works as a place of encounter for culture and sport. The motive of the house itself is a lightweight white matter highlighting the hall, which due to space requirements located on the second floor.
