This thesis deals with the analysis of VENTILÁTORY, s.r.o. 2013-2017. The selected methods of economic and strategic analysis evaluate the internal and external environment of the company and its financial situation. Based on the results obtained from the analyzes, measures have proposed that lead to the improvement of the identified status.
Business Development Study to Provide Customer Service

The submitted diploma thesis deals with a study of business development of AZ KLIMA a.s. focusing on marketing and services. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to business and marketing. Information is taken from scientific literature that discusses given problematics. This information is then used to create a practical part that deals with a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the above-mentioned company. It includes SWOT analysis, PESTE analysis and McKinsey 7S model. A specific business development strategy is defined based on individual analyses. The solution proposal then defines specific steps leading to a business development. The aim of this work is to create a development strategy that will be effective and beneficial for the company in the long term.
Analysis of the Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The diploma thesis analyzes the company according to selected economic methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the individual methods are explained. Especially the PESTEL method, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, McKinsey 7S model and Kralicek Quick Test. In the practical part, these methods are applied for the analysis of company status. The results were used to compile the SWOT analysis. Based on the resulting strategy, suggestions are made to improve the company's current situation.

The theoretical part delimits and describes respective theoretical thesis researched from relevant marketing literature. The practical part is focused on proposal of the marketing strategy analysis 7P, comparison of the chosen firm with its competitors and the SWOT analysis. The marketing strategy proposal introduces concrete proposals and suggestions for the chosen firm Re/max Reality Plus+.

The main topic of this thesis is creating a methodology for data backups in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After analysis of individual regulation sections, processes and methods of proper data backups will be defined. The thesis will also concern itself with different backup media types and related technology. Outcome of the text will be the creation of a specific method useful for change control.

The company offers services to insurance companies, such as motor vehicle or property inspection and damage assessment. The first part describes the theory related to the main focus areas of this thesis. The second part contains an overview of the company, its analysis as well as evaluation of the information system used within the company. Finally, a set of proposals will be formulated, based on the outcomes of company and information system evaluation, aiming to simplify company processes and increase company’s productivity.
