Criminal liability for the distribution of illegal content on the Internet Abstract The thesis deals with the question of criminal liability for the distribution of illegal content in the Internet environment, approaching the issue from both a theoretical and practical point of view. In the first part, the thesis describes in a historical excursion the emergence of the Internet and the development of cybercrime from the first criminal activities to the current threats. Its main objective is to assess the timeliness and adequacy of legislation in the area of criminal liability for the dissemination of content in the Internet environment. Within the framework of criminal liability, the thesis categories entities involved in the distribution of illegal content in the Internet environment into three distinct groups. Specifically, it distinguishes between the criminal liability of content distributors, the liability of information service providers, and the liability of autonomous machines capable of generating and distributing content. The second part of the thesis deals specifically with the criminal liability of distributors of illegal content. CMS Framework

This thesis is concerned with design and description of framework for internet content management systems. Framework is implemented using PHP5 programming language and MySQL 4.1 database engine. It is aimed to simplify creation of various internet presentations using simple principles that are repeated in similar projects. We closely look on concept of framework using UML and we analyse choice of used technologies. There are principles of function of whole system, its' structure and used technologies described further in text. This work also contains sample implementation of framework module for practical use.

The content of this Master thesis is the Analysis of human resource management mainly its foundation. Part of the analysis is also the utilization of Intranet and Internet technologies during the personal processes. The basis is the description of the principles of operating, importance and the ways of application in the human resource management with the aim on current concept of personal work as human resources. Further then also the e-HRM itself with its aim to enable reaching the qualitative change in the personal management based on the utilization of the real possibilities of IT and communication technologies. The purpose of this thesis is also to analyse these processes and thus explain its efficiency and advantages.

Main goal of this web application is creating platform capable of deploying applications across ARM single-board computers. Moreover, application provides intuitive preview of all registered devices including its state, shows all the necessary data and informs user about failures on devices.

LIBRARY plus - Multiporpouse Building with Library

Through the proposal, an idea of hybridised space for developement of two types of human knowledge – the skills and the wisdom, learnable through the language, is brought to life. Main building is proposed as an essential facility for Brno technological community, which is set to a symbiosis with technical library, where the books become more of a cullis, a scenery, than a main point of gaining information. Everything takes place on the same physical and virtual data platform. Architectonical solution is based on the principles of double staircase, which allows to coexist two separated functions, as well as they can be connected when needed, for example during events as workshops, lectures and so on. A centre of share knowledge is made.

Marketing Communication of a New Social Network

The theme of this work is to evaluate the best low-cost advertising and marketing methods and suggest which method is best to spread awareness about the new social network. Together with developing this work a www.pudeto.com website will be launched and optimized. I am going to apply these methods on this site. Evaluation of these methods will be done by using the ratio of advertising media and their conversion in users to a Web site or page views. This paper does not contain the data resulting from these procedures but only a proposals for solutions.
