Detached house
Drongová, Zuzana ; Vaněk, Vojtěch (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation at the level of construction implementation. The aim was to design a family house with almost zero energy consumption. The family house is partially basemented and with a habitable attic. The building is roofed with a gable roof with a corrugated metal roofing. On the south-west side, a dormer roofed with a pitched roof is proposed. On the northwest side of the building is a one-car covered garage with rhombus wood siding and glass infill. The roofing is designed with a vegetated flat roof. The main load-bearing system is made of aerated concrete blocks. The perimeter basement masonry is made of lost formwork blocks. Thermal insulation of the building is solved by contact insulation system ETICS. The building is based on foundation strips.
Low-energy detached house in Krkonoše
Ambrožyová, Jana ; Pilinszki, Martin (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of low-energy detached house. The project is divided into two parts. The first part is the project documentation for building permission, and the second is focused on building services. Part of building permission is fire safety of building, acoustic and daylight assessment and assessment of constructions from thermal technology. The house located in Eastern Krkonoše mountains in Pec pod Sněžkou, Velká Úpa, Trutnov district. The house is connected to the electrical grid, water supply and sewage system. Part of the electricity is provided by photovoltaic panels on the gable roof. The building is located on a sloping plot and is designed as three-story house with residential attic, gable roof and counter dormer. Roof is insulated with over-rafter insulation. The building is based on foundation strips made from reinforced concrete. External walls of the underground floor are made from permanent formwork concrete blocks with reinforced concrete infill. Above-ground floors are designed from Porfix aerated concrete blocks. External walls of underground floor are insulated with ETICS. External walls of the upper floors are insulated with stone insulation and supplemented with a ventilated facade with wooden cladding. The floor structure above the underground floor is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete and above the first above-ground floor is formed by the Porfix floor system. On the underground floor there is garage, utility room, ski storage room and wellness area with bathroom and small kitchen. Kitchen, bathrooms and habitable rooms are located on the upper floors. Part of the documentation is the conceptual design of air conditioning and rainwater management. Because the building is designed in the mountains, I focused on heating system. I designed the main source of heating – air-water heat pump. I designed a floor heating system and for better thermal comfort is possible to use a wood-burning fireplace. The documentation also includes the Building's Energy Performance Certificate.
Problematika ocenění specifických nemovitostí - víceúčelová stavba
HLÍZOVÁ, Natálie
The diploma thesis is based on a specific case by a presentation of certain obstacles during real estate appraising by the standard price. The selected estate for this case is a multifunctional building with three apartment units and one commercial area. The essential technical terms used for real estate appraising are defined in the literature review. There are particular methods applied to real estate appraising by the standard price, in a general level and the level defined by law. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a particular appraisal of the real estate value. It is based on multifunctional building therefore a combination of several methods for the calculation of the final price is applied. To ensure the correctness of the given value, the property is also appraised by the law.

Development and influence of tourism on the market price of real estate with a residential function in the city of Mikulov
Pistulka, Tomáš ; Klika, Pavel (referee) ; Brandejs, David (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the development and influence of tourism on the market price of real estate with a residential function in Mikulov and then this effect is evaluated. Thesis is processed specifically for detached houses in Mikulov. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts and definitions in the fields tourism and the real estate market. These terms are for example: real estate, building, detached house or tourism. In next part of theoretical part is about price and value, documents for real estate valuation. Next are defined valuation methods and factors, which affect the price of real estate. In the end of theoretical part are describe tourism and regression analysis, which is used to determine the impact of tourism on real estate prices in Mikulov. After the theoretical part, there is a problem situation, which then continues to process this problem. The ceiling slab of the second floor, the ceiling slab of the ground floor, the ceiling slab of the basement, spiral staircase, half-turn staircase and walls of the first underground floor with solution as water-resistant construction. Programs SCIA Engineer 21.1 and Dlubal RFEM are used to calculate the internal forces. To varify the accuracy of the results is used manual calculation. The work includes drawings of formwork and reinforcement of the all designing structires. The bulding is designed according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
Design of a load-bearing reinforced concrete structure of a family house
Bartoška, Ondřej ; Čairović, Dorde (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on the construction of a two-storey, partly basement, family reinforced concrete house. The ARCHICAD 22 program was used to design this object, the SCIA 21.0 program was used for the model and the subsequent calculation of internal forces. In addition to the static calculation, the work includes reinforcement drawings and drawings of the shape of selected monolithic parts made in AutoCAD 2021. Reinforced concrete elements are assessed in accordance with ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
Detached house on a slope
Špás, Jan ; Pilík, Václav (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of the detached house as the design documentation for the construction. The building plot is located in Chrudim and it is steeply sloping over the Chrudimka river. Despite the height difference on the plot, the aim of the design was to maximize connection between the interior and the garden and at the same time place the office, garage and sauna inside. The house is three-storey building, where northern and eastern walls of two of these storeys are below ground level in order to take advantage of earth-sheltered houses. The entrace floor (ground floor) is covered with mono-pitched roof. The substructure is made of waterproof reinforced concrete with the vertical walls mostly made of the sand-lime blocks. The floor slabs are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The design documentation includes assessment in terms of fire safety and building physics.
