The diploma thesis is focused on the presentation of a business plan for the creation of a range of services, based on IT capabilities, connected to marketing activities. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts, which gradually follow each other. The first part is the theoretical basis of the work, the second is the analysis of the business sector and the third part is the actual design of the business plan based on the information obtained.

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of an economically feasible business plan for the establishment of a company dealing with the breeding and sale of live fish in Slovakia. The theoretical part contains a definition of the issues related to the main idea of the plan and its validation in the form of selected analytical and evaluation tools, the structure and content of individual parts of the business plan. The analytical part is devoted to the validation of the business model and analysis of the market and general environment, including the analysis of own resources and capabilities to identify key factors and evaluate them with subsequent decision-making on the appropriate market strategy. The design part describes the selected strategy of the company and the business model, which is elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

Theoretical starting points for the work include basic concepts related to focusing on the carrier idea of the plan, the creation of the business model, the composition of the business plan, in particular the analytical-research methods used in the planning. The analysis section deals with the validation of the business idea and includes the identification of key factors in the wider context of the environment, the summary of which is then followed by a suitable strategy for a start-up in this area. The draft part describes the chosen strategy for the start-up business, including the business model, and their development into parts of the business plan structure.

The content of this diploma thesis is to propose a business strategy for the newly established company, which will operate on the Czech market. The subject of the business is the operation of a special gastronomic facility created by combining two concepts of café and tea room with a focus on differentiation. The business strategy focuses on establishing a new company that defines its competitive behavior within the three-year horizon. Suggestions are focused on building a successful business and doing business to bring it a competitive advantage. On the basis of the analyzes conducted, they have computed competing enterprises, customers or internal business factors and will propose an appropriate company development strategy that will ensure its profitable prosperity. My goal is to create a unique, competitive and profitable business that meets all the requirements of its customers.
