Hladký, Matúš ; Kratochvíl, Richard (referee) ; Kuruc, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis concerns of the creation of building design documentation of the agricultural building in Mutěnice with using building information modelling in Autodesk Revit. Drawings are made normative by ČSN 01 3420 and with using of the results of laser scanning. Text part contains description of whole process, starting with field survey and collecting data, throughout processing of point cloud, ending in modelling of the building and terrain surface and building design documentation creation. The definition and application of BIM on the present is attached to the theoretical part. Main output production data is the building design documentation.
Single-family house
Tóthová, Patrícia ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with a project documentation for a building permission of a newly-built single family passive house located in municipality Dolní Břežany in the Central Bohemian Region. The plot is accessible by local road and is slightly sloping. The thesis has two parts. The first part presents structural and architectural design and also building physics assessment. The second part presents the design of building services – ventilation, heating, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and rainwater management. The house has two above-ground stories. On the ground floor there is a utility room, storage space, toilet, home-office and kitchen which is open to the dining area and living room. On the first floor there are situated three bedrooms, master’s bedroom, bathroom, toilet and walk-in-wardrobes. The vertical load-bearing structure of the house is sand-lime block masonry. External walls are insulated with graphite polystyrene ETICS. The house is built on foundation strips. The floor structure consists of filigree slab with a concrete screed. The house has a flat green roof. The house has mechanical ventilation. It is heated by floor heating with an earth-water heat pump as the heat source. It also has photovoltaic panels providing electricity. The rainwater is collected from roofs and paved surface and is used for watering a garden. The excess rainwater is infiltrated on the property. The Energy Performance Certificate was calculated. The project documentation is developed using BIM methodology.
Publication of a building information model (BIM) in the Unreal Engine game environment
Szopa, Jan ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelors theses deals with the creation of realistic scene in game engine Unreal Engine 5.1. Theoretical part focuses on the technology of laser scanning, building information modeling and its implementation in Czech legislation. Practical part contains description of process of 3D modeling in Revit on the base of a point cloud acquired by laser scanning, its transfer to Unreal Engine 5.1 and following creation of scene in said programme. The output is 3D model of the object and a video of the final scene.
Laser scanning for building information modeling (BIM)
Kocourek, Adam ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the creation of an information model of a part of a historical building of the rectory in the village of Cetkovice based on a point cloud. The thesis includes creation of geometrically and visually accurate window and door families according to the real-life template, taking into account the benefits of this approach for conservation purposes. In addition to the resulting model of a part of the building, the main outputs of the thesis include visualizations created in the Twinmotion software. This thesis also evaluates practical and economic feasibility of the potential outputs of the model.
Modelling a rectory building in the Revit program
Chladil, Martin ; Hanzl,, Vlastimil (referee) ; Berková, Alena (advisor)
The main objective of this thesis is to make the construction documentation of the part of the historical building using modern means. Data capture was done by laser scanning with a test of an automatic scan registration and a georeferencing in the field. The building was modelled in Revit as a BIM (Building Information Modelling) model. A certain degree of generalization of shapes and capture of details was used during creation. Subsequently the construction drawings were completed from the model for the customer purposes.
Analysis of the use of GIS in urbal planning
Stuchlík, Matěj ; Dráb, Aleš (referee) ; Duchan, David (advisor)
In this thesis, the issue of spatial planning and related programmes is presented. The possibilities of using programs such as GIS and BIM are described. In the practical part, the possibilities of land use analysis that can be used simultaneously with the development of land use plans are shown.
Apartment building
Supiková, Tamara ; Kacálková, Lenka (referee) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on creating project documentation for the construction of a nearly zero-energy building. The objective is to design the layout, structural system, and load-bearing system with appropriately selected materials and structural elements. The Building Information Modeling (BIM) method will be applied during the documentation process. Each floor will accommodate two residential units of different floor plans. In addition to the staircase, an elevator has been designed in the common areas. The underground level includes storage rooms, a technical room, a cleaning room, and a stroller room. The project includes detailed drawing documentation, as well as a building physics assessment and visualization of the structure. The predominant construction system consists of masonry walls using ceramic blocks for the perimeter walls and reinforced concrete for the internal load-bearing walls. The roof is designed as a truss with a suspended ceiling.
Apartment building
Kvapilová, Adina ; Kacálková, Lenka (referee) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is project documentation for the construction of an apartment building using the BIM method. The building is located in Nový Šaldorf-Sedlešovice, Znojmo district. The apartment building is designed as a detached house with two floors and a partial basement, roofed with a saddle truss. In total, there are 4 apartments in the building. On each floor there are two apartments, one 3+kk and the other 4+kk. The ground floor apartments have access to their own terrace and garden, the apartments on the 2nd floor each have their own balcony. The facade is a combination of light-coloured plaster along with ceramic tiling strips. The structural system is designed as a masonry system of ceramic blocks with reinforcing walls of reinforced concrete. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on plain concrete foundations.
Building Information Model (BIM) visualization capabilities in the Unreal Engine gaming environment
Fučík, Vojtěch ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with creating of an information model and subsequent visualizations of sv. Cyril and Metoděj chapel in Brno Bohunice, based on data obtained predominantly by laser scanning. The theoretical part of thesis deals with description of concepts related to an information model and description of methods used for obtaining such data for its creation. The practical part describes the usage of methods for data collection, process of creating the informational model and creation of visualizations. The outputs of the thesis are model and visualizations of the chapel.
CDE Capabilities in a BIM Urban Engineering Project
Shvets, Yulia ; Gottvaldová, Jana (referee) ; Pilný, Ondřej (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is the possibility of a common CDE data environment in a BIM urban engineering project. The thesis deals with the assessment of the benefits and disadvantages of digitization of documentation in various areas of urban engineering using a common data environment as the only source of data during the entire life cycle of a construction object. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts of BIM modeling, BIM documentation and the current state of the BIM field in the Czech Republic. The practical part shows the connection of the information model and the common data environment. Based on the results of the project, the CDE options of the urban engineering project were evaluated, and the important points of CDE implementation in practice were proposed.
