Steel structure of industrial hall

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a main load-bearing steel structure of industrial hall with two overhead cranes. The floor plan dimensions are 24 × 60 m, height of building is 16 m. The main structure consists of pin-supported symetrical truss girders on columns with centre to centre spacing 12 m. The truss purlins are pin-supported on the girders. The columns are fixed in the lateral direction. Spatial rigidity of the structure is secured by system of bracing. The base material is steel of class S355.

Strenghtening of the load bearing parts of the production hall

The diploma thesis deals with the strenghtening of the supporting parts of the production hall in Drásov. In the first part the existing load bearing capacity of the structure is solved. The next step is to design of strenghtening variants for nonconforming columns and short corbel. Columns and short corbel are strenghtening with monostrand. At the end of the thesis, verification of the load bearing capacity of the strenghtening structure is performed.

Assessment of sewerage systems of urban catchments

The bachelor thesis prepares new and present knowledge of assessment of sewerage systems of urban catchments. Theoretical part of the thesis describes classical and contemporary integrated concept of draining waste water from urban catchments. In pursuance of contemporary integrated concept, there is a list of methods, which is used for monitoring conditions of sewer system, making a simulative modeling and solving of elementar tasks in water management. Practical part of the thesis uses gained knowledge to assess sewerage systems of Kladeruby nad Oslavou village. The bachelor thesis is written with respect to valid legislation.

Design of various ways of carrying out the ceiling construction of a family house

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of floor structure of detached house made in three variants. In the first variant floor structure is made by reinforced concrete two way slab. In the second variant floor structure is made by prefabricate prestressed concrete floor slab SPIROLL. The third variant is filigree floor slab which are then concreted. The thesis includes a structural design as well as drawings, All calculations were performed in accordance with applicable standard.

Implementation of the information system

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the information system of a selected company, its assessment and design of a new alternative system based on the company’s strategy. The thesis first summarizes the theoretical background, key to its processing. A survey of the current state of the company is also carried out, on the basis of which the requirements for the information system are developed. Part of the thesis is the selection of an information system based on requirements, its implementation and evaluation of expected benefits.

Sports Building in Olomouc

Work deals with design of the steel structure of the sports hall in the Brno region . The hall has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 42 x 24 m and a height 11 m. transverse bond makes a cylindrical truss with a span of 24 m placed on columns height of 8 m. Purlins with span of 6 m are placed on the trusses. Roofing and curtain wall is made of sandwich panels.

This diploma thesis deals with the company performance assessment of the selected organization. The described organization is called ENVINET Inc. and it is analyzed according to multi-criteria model START PLUS. According to this model, the final point assessment of the company is realised, strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement are identified. There are also proposed specific measures whose implementation can improve the performance of the analyzed company.

Business centre

The subject of this thesis is the design and assessment of steel construction of the shopping center in Chrudim in Pardubice region. Business center was designed as a three-aisled with a common space in the middle. Each hall has a platform 48.0 meters x 63.0 meters, shared space is a ground plan the shape of an equilateral triangle with sides of 48.0 meters. The construction of halls in the transverse direction comprises three trusses. The two beams are to span 20.0 meters and a span of one to 8.0 meters. Clearance height ranges from 8.0 to 10.0 m. The main structure is made of rectangular hollow sections, tubes of circular profiles and will be awarded. The axial distance trusses is 7.0 meters.

Sports building in Soběšovice

In my work I deal with design and assessment of the supporting structure sports hall with dimensions 30x45 m and a height of 15,5 m. Hall is designed as a truss structure formed by cross-links, which are axially located 9 m. Roof is like a saddle with a slope of 5.71 °. Cladding hall is made sandwich insulation panels.
