Evaluation of Economic Effectiveness of Investment Project

This thesis deals with the investment project. The subject of the investment project is the construction of a new production hall and the purchase of new manufacturing technologies. The thesis focuses on the characteristics of each part of the feasibility study and detailed analysis of several parts. The thesis also deals with assessing the economic efficiency of the investment by calculating economic indicators. These indicators evaluate the investment plan as suitable or unsuitable for implementation. On the calculation of economic indicators continues probabilistic analysis. The probabilistic analysis is important to determine the level of risk in advance to facilitate investment decisions.

In the first part, it focuses on the theoretical background of the information security. The second part deals with the analysis of the company and concept of a company's measures to increase the security of information within the selected company.

This work focuses on risk management in a company that develops its activities through online marketing. Review of literature defines important terms that correspond to a given topic. Mostly we speak of identification, analysis methods and subsequent elimination of the impact of risks. In the analytical part are identified all possible risks for the company, which was established through external and internal environment of the company. Using lessons learned from the practical part contains recommendations on the elimination of risk.

Risk of stationary sources associated with valuation of environmental damage

The problems with the environmental damage valuation which are caused by the stationary sources belong to the important issues to be solved. Due to the heavy industrial activity in the Czech Republic it is important to pay attention to the possible risks which can emerge from these sources and can impact the environment and the health condition of people. The thesis deals with the analysis of the present state of this problem. The analysis of the risks which come from the specific situation is made on its basis. The goal of this thesis is to propose the general procedure of the valuation of the incurred damage on the environment and the minimization of the risks.

The diploma thesis focuses on implementation and deployment of information security management system (ISMS) into healthcare organizations. Specifies what is required to include in this process and what not to forget. It includes a risk analysis of a branch of the selected company, and for it is written a safety guide. Safety guide provides advice and recommendations regarding security in terms of human resources, physical security, ICT security and other aspects that should be included in the ISMS deployment in healthcare organizations. The work also reflects the newly emerging law on cyber security. It is expected that the law will also address cyber security in healthcare.

The diploma thesis deals with a problematics of project management. The major point is to create a project that is aiming on expanding field of aktivity in selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge of project management. This knowledge is desribed in first chapter of the diploma thesis. The second chapter contains basic informations about company and the analysis of company surroundings. The last part of the thesis solves proposals and desribes benefits created by these solutions in monitored company.
