The bachelor thesis brings empirical knowledge in the field of bullying in the school environment. It is divided into theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts such as bullying, bullying, aggression and explains the forms and origin of bullying. It further specifies ways to detect bullying and explains possible personality characteristics of bullying participants. It also describes bullying from the perspective of the current legislative system.

Cyberbullying in society

The diploma thesis called " Cyber - bullying in Society" deals with this phenomenon and there Ialso mentioned its related problems such as cyberstallking, luring, video clips, where agressors torture thein victims. My aim is to inform the public with this topical phenomenon.I focus on its types, who the attacker is in these forms of bullying nad who becomes a victim. Additionally, I describe the divisor of cyber-aggresors, the effects on cyber.bullying victims and how the victims can be helped. In the practical part I analyse a case study of a girl, who I met and who became a cyber-bullying victim. I also describe the offender of this crime, I try to define with the help of a professional the investigatoin and subsequent capture of the cyber-aggresor by Czech police. Furthemore I džine the specific development of cyber-bullying in a sekond case and steps taken by the girl's school in order to capture cyber-aggresors and subsequently punisch them. From the analysis case studies I learned that she was tiny and at last kyberšikanována girl Hana (14 ), pupil one Prague ZŠ. The girl was in school the new, because she's out of the original school, to which she didn't like and she was in her bad favor. Mobbing – nebezpečný fenomén naší doby

Publikace se zaměřuje na šikanu v práci, tzv. mobbing. Tento jev úzce souvisí s bezpečností práce - pod vlivem mobbingu dochází u oběti k mnoha změnám, které mohou mít za následek zvýšenou míru selhání, chyb či úrazů. Obrana jednotlivce je složitá, proto by měli pomoci kolegové. Ti však zůstávají pasivní. Důvodem je ve většině případů strach a nechuť přivodit si svým zásahem potíže. Ignorace a tolerance mobbingu však plyne i z nedostatku informací o tomto jevu. Cílem publikace je poukázat na nebezpečnost mobbingu, přispět k větší informovanosti a rozkrýt, jak se projevuje, koho se týká a jak se mu bránit. Jinak budou schopní lidé dále odcházet ze zaměstnání, které je baví jenom proto, aby se zbavili nepříjemných pocitů a osvobodili se od nekalých praktik mobbera.

Causes, symptoms and prevention of aggression among children in kindergartens

Bachelor thesis was tasked to undergo examination of phenomenon of children's aggression in kindergarten. Socialization of a child is an important part in raising the child. Children's aggression is a natural part of a child's personality and it is subject to internal and external factors. Children's aggression may take the form of bullying, especially in elementary schools. Practical part of the thesis includes research, which is based on a survey of aggressive behavior in children during team games. Results of the research showed that children's games can trigger children's aggression and that there is a correlation between the frequency of cases of child aggression by the character and the games that children engaged.
