This material informs readers about implementation of strategy in company. The chapter number 1 (theoretical part) deals with the general principals of implementation of strategy and methods which are used for practise. This part should be instrumental as a theoretical base for the practical part. The sekond part (analysis) is focusing on running of comapany Komerční pojišťovna, a.s.. It describes history of company, its activities, organization structure. First of all it characterizes the methods, which are used by top management for implementation of strategy to all stages of management. Part of analysis is called questionnaire examination and it identifies fruitfulness of this implementation from employees view. The third part prezents proposals and recommendations for more efficient processes.

This Master’s thesis deals with the process of employee evaluation in the company GEOtest, a.s. In the first part of the thesis are defined all the necessary theoretical findings needed to formulate proposals for the society. Practical part includes particular information about the company GEOtest, a.s. and the analysis of the current state of evaluation. Furthermore, the new concept of the system of evaluation in accordance with the corporate needs is presented, including the link up of the system and recommendation for its implementation.

The graduation theses focus on the problems of development, emphasising the part of education of the employees in the company UNISTAV Inc. At present, the management of development of human resources is becoming one of the most important activities of personal work. In the practical part, an analysis of individual stages of the educational system in the company UNISTAV Inc. Attention will be paid to the identification of individual needs, to making the working output more effective, to increasing the competitiveness of the company. On the basis of the results of the analysis, the suggestions aiming towards the changes in the educational system in the point stock company UNISTAV has been made.

Diploma thesis named „Adaptation of a corporate strategy and transformation of commercial activities” is focused on a manufacturing company – printing house. The thesis discusses theoretically as well as practically corporate strategies with an accent on formulation of a business strategy. The theoretical part focuses on a general description of procedures and methods used to create a corporate strategy. The practical part focuses on a company called PRINTING HOUSE (in order to protect business data of the company, it is not specified further and is called the PRINTING HOUSE in the practical part of the thesis), where business and strategic analyses were performed. The outcome of assessments and analyses outline potential investment projects, transformations and also presents a feasibility of acquisition of new business opportunities.
