Design and realisation of the five-levels quantizator
Zeman, Pavel ; Háze, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
The work deals with design and realisation of the five-levels high-speed quantizer using switched-current technique (SI). The main aim is to use an advantage of switched-current technique like potential of the high-speed operation and to minimize disadvantages at all. Flash structure of the quantizer is used to ensure high-speed operation. It is supposed that the quantizer will be part of greater integrated systems such as higher-order delta-sigma modulators. Simulations are performed in CADENCE simulation tool using AMIS CMOS 0,7 µm technologic process.

Design and construction of the drive unit for universal tips measurement micropositioning system
Zeman, Pavel ; Havlíček, Tomáš (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
This work deals with design and construction of the drive unit for universal tips measurement micropositioning system. Measurement system can be used for measuring parameters of structures as thick film layers and thin film layers. The parameters of substrate will be measured by measuring tips. These tips must be fixed on target position by using stepper motors with high accuracy. For movement of substrate will be used two direct-current motors. Position of this substrate is scanned in two axes by two optical CCD chips. This work contains the proposal of software for all used microcontrollers. Activity of system is controlled by certain serial bus.
Agreement on Guilty and Punishment
Pavel, Jan ; Gřivna, Tomáš (advisor) ; Zeman, Pavel (referee)
Résumé The presented thesis deals with the new legal institute of criminal procedural law, the "agreement on guilt and punishment". The aim of the Czech legislator, when constructing the Czech version of the otherwise traditionally Anglo-Saxon concept of conciliation proceedings, was mainly to simplify and speed up the criminal trial, because according to his/her conclusion the present legislation does not use every opportunity to ensure the accused the full right to a speedy and fair trial. Before its codification the proponents of this legal institute argued that the conciliation proceedings will support the activity of procedural parties, simplify the proceedings, in particular regarding the...
