This master thesis is focused on the technological development of company Zeman model. At the beginning are defined the theoretical premises of this thesis. This knowledge are used mainly in the analytical part, where after introducing the company, the analyses - 7S, Porter and SWOT – are made. Based on the SWOT analysis, 3 specific proposals are created. These are the introduction of new vacuum casting and 3D printing technologies, and the creation of a website. The introduction of new technologies is accompanied by an economic evaluation. The master thesis is finished with an implementation schedule.

Implementation of a simulation model for a simplified DiffServ-MIB database

The aim of this work is to propose feasible solution for the simulation of the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) protocol in the OPNET Modeler simulation environment. This work describes in detail individual procedures, which were chosen for this simulation . The work also contains an introduction to the OPNET Modeler simulation environment, the SNMP protocol, the DiffServ model and the DiffServ-MIB database. The main part of this work describes the algorithms programmed to model the functions of the SNMP protocol. Source codes of the algorithms programmed are included as well. The work deals especially with the functions for obtaining values from different levels of a multilevel model attributes, packet creation functions with dynamically changing length of user-data field, for the implementation process of a simplified DiffServ MIB database and with the functions for statistic creation.

System For Analysis of Biathlon Statistics

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create a web application that downloads biathlon data and statistics and use the technique to get knowledge from data to get interesting and unusual information. In this work are solving descriptive and predictive mining tasks. Clustering algorithms have been used for descriptive mining tasks and for search patterns in course and shooting statistics. Prediction of race results is solved by using multiple linear regression. The application is implemented in Python. Web application is available at https://analysisofbiathlonstatistics.herokuapp.com.

Proposal for RC Models Production

The bachelor thesis is focused on the production design for conversion from a basic model to a radio-controlled model. After the introduction, the second part of this thesis is made of a theoretical analysis of concepts related to planning and analysis of production. The following chapter is devoted to the current state of production, prototypes, available production equipment, and brief market analysis. The fourth chapter is about the production design for 3 model variants, mainly focused on the rate of workspace usages, place requirements, number of employees, material consumption, and is ended with a calculation of production costs. In the last chapter is designed production process evaluated for two cases.

Rozšíření kolektoru Ipfixcol2 o modul pro export dat do Apache Kafka

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to construct the output plugin for collector IPFIXcol2 made by the CESNET company and to describe this construction. The output plugin can process data in the IPFIX format and convert it into JSON format for further export to Apache Kafka. This plugin uses the multithread message procession to reach the maximal permeability. The thesis includes the comparison of this plugin with the plugin made by CESNET and the parallel solution PMACCT.

Esports team as a tool of marketing communication

The thesis Esports team as a tool of marketing communication describes the phenomenon of electronic sport and its possible usage as a tool of marketing communication. The goal of the thesis is to describe possibilities that can be used by brands to reach a new relevant audience - gamers or fans of competitive gaming. The first part of the thesis, the theoretical chapter, focuses on describing terms from gaming or esports. That should help to understand the environment and audience of this kind of communication. The history of esports, main social media, and platforms or games are described there as well. In the analytic part, the thesis focuses on case studies of the esport team eSuba and their impact on client's marketing communication in 2021 and it also analyses interviews with selected representatives of esports organizations. In the end, the thesis should be a recommendation for communication experts who want to use the esports team to promote the brand.
