Low cost influencer marketing campaingn for Armed King, s.r.o.

Influencer marketing is an increasingly common form of promotion of products or services of smaller and larger companies worldwide. However, in the last few years it has become an increasingly expensive one, which can be problematic not only for start-ups but also for small and medium-sized businesses with generally lower advertising budgets. The aim of this thesis is therefore to design a low-budget influencer campaign for Armed King, s.r.o., a company selling airsoft goods and services. The combination of influencer marketing and the still very limited coverage of the topic of airsoft is very unique. Thus, in this thesis it will be examined in more detail whether even in the case of such a specific industry as airsoft it will be non- negligible. Due to the specific legislative and marketing situation in the airsoft market, the thesis will also examine individual social networks to see if they are suitable for collaborating with influencers. The thesis will use the compilation of personas to define suitable groups of influencers for the needs of the company to build the campaign itself. Hybridizace krokodýlů z evolučního a ochranářského hlediska

Interspecific hybridization is an interesting and important phenomenon from the scientific and conservation point of view. My thesis is focused on hybridization in Crocodilia based on literature review. In summary, interspecific hybridization is relatively common in this group either in the wild or captivity where is much common. Maximum values of genetic distance between hybridizing species of crocodiles are around 32%.

Internal organization of multilevel political parties : the case of Italy

The aim of this thesis is to analyse Italian political parties, which are active in both state and regional governance level. The research is focused on the internal structure of political parties and tries to understand, how this structure is influenced by decentralization. The thesis is based on the theoretical framework of stratarchical organization of the political parties in multilevel political environment. The empirical part is dedicated to the test of the hypothesis claiming that the internal organization of Italian political parties is stratarchical. The research method is the analysis of formal profiles of selected political parties (Il Popolo della Libertá, Partito Democratico, Lega Nord and Unione di Centro). Functional diagnostics in female ice hockey players

Title: The exercise diagnostics of women ice-hockey players - Wingate test Objectives: The study is focused on anthropometric characteristics and anaerobic efficiency comparing with using 30s Wingate test parameters. For the test groups of women ice-hockey players and boys ice-hockey players ages 15, 16 and 17 have been selected. The purpose of the work is forming a picture about efficiency level of women players from the national team and comparing with the results of these three selected groups of boys. The study includes a data evaluation of questionnaire about hockey experiences of women players. The exercise anaerobic 30s Wingate test has been implemented on selected group of women ice-hockey players from 14 to 26 years (x = 17.8 ± 3.7). The results of this group have been compared with results of three groups of hockey players ages 15, 16 and 17 (x = 14.98 ± 0.81; x = 16.03 ± 0.41; x = 17 ± 0.35). Working hypothesis supposed no differences between anaerobic training facility indices of women and boys ages 15, 16 and 17.
