Influence of school climate to the teacher and pupils at primary school

The thesis in the theoretical part with factors and phenomena that affect the school climate, the climate in the staff and classroom in relation to the teacher's personality, professional competences, motivation and self - esteem in a profession. I tis interested in teacher's satisfaction and its impact on teacher's interact with students and colleagues. The approaches to studying climate are collected at the end of the theoretical part. The practical part presents research based on observation describes the atmosphere of the school, which is an important indicator of school climate. The factors are analyzed here that affect the educational and pedagogical work of teachers and their satisfaction in working life. Cooperation of kindergarden and elementary school

This bachelor thesis contains two parts. The difference between a pre-school child and younger primary-school child is defined in the theoretic part in the view of the developmental psychology. The issue of the school attendance- the school readiness and the school matureness is also explained in this theoretic part.The theoretic part compars the pre-school and the primary education. This theoretic part was elaborated on the basis of working with the technical literature. The practical part is about the problem- how can a grade teacher make the bes of a cooperation with a kindergarten. All the findings and the perceptions of the observation and the conversations with the pre-school teachers and the primary school teachers are recapitulated in the summary. The summary is also about a mutual cooperation between these institutions and there is an ephasis of some positive moments of the mutual cooperation.

Complaint analyse in Black and Decker

This thesis is divided into two parts. First part includes simple analyse of recieved complaints in 2005 - 2008. Target of this tehsis is finding of the most problematic places in system of quality management by the way of complaints. In second part are solved individual complaints taken in 2008. Effect of this thesis is formulation of proposals and actions for improvement of whole quality management system in Black and Decker.
