Proposal Possibilities of Touristic Deconcentration - A Case Study of District Český Krumlov.

4 ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to draw attention to the process of concentration in tourism.Various locations within the monitored area have different potential for tourism. This aspect leads to a concentration of tourists and services to certain centers. In the area of interest there are two attractive location for a tourist city of Český Krumlov and Lipno dam. These two sites are the frequently visited places, both in southern Bohemia and in the whole Czech Republic. However, the area has a hide potential for the development of alternative forms od tourism. The intent of this thesis is based on the available data and information to evaluate the process of concentration of tourism in the case of Český Krumlov district and propose appropriate tools to deconcentration of tourism and the use of peripheral sites. The bachelor thesis entitled "How to Workork with Community Center Clients in Excluded Zengrovka Locality Develops Their Potential "deals with the phenomena that occur in this locality as a consequence of social exclusion and activities aimed at their reduction. The thesis consists of the theoretical part and the empirical part. In the theoretical part, I discuss the issue of social exclusion and the role of ethnicity in it. I also follow key competencies that show the perspective of client's potential. The empirical part deals with the specific problems of the development of the potential of the inhabitants of the locality, with the problems of individuals, groups and the whole community. I also deal with the preconditions of a worker in this community center. The aim of the thesis is to analyze specific activities with clients in the Zengrovka community center aimed to getting clients key competencies of the excluded Zengrovka locality.

Photoscreening of the Amblyogenic Eye Disorders

This work deals with an evaluation of effectivity of regional photoscreening of amblyogenic factors in children's population younger one year from catchment area of Center for functional defects of vision, Hospital Litomyšl. Photoscreening tests included to this study was realizationed in 2001 - 2005 in 1 275 children. Photoscreening is based on principle of excentric photorefraction. A modified camera Yashica 109 was used for phototests, which photoes records on standard cine-film.
