Approaches of Innovation Performance Increasing in Manufacturing Companies

Innovation is one of the most important elements concerning higher performance in company efficiency. This methodical definition takes a look at the main benefits of on innovation on efficiency and hence on the efficiency and performance on the company as a whole, presenting the possibility of measurement of innovation efficiency and establishing defined methods for its improvement exploiting the development of innovation potential This particular issue is topical not only by reason of competitiveness of our companies but also maintaining share market and surviving the current economic crisis. Well managed and successfully introduced innovation into the market represents the tool for the companies, by means of which they can reach competitive advantages, enabling their prosperity in this slump. Every company has a certain innovation potential which should be explored, supported, utilized and systematically developed. The doctoral thesis focuses on the achievement of two basic goals, the cognitional and the inventive goal as well as confirmation or disconfirmation of set hypothesis. The first cognitional goal analyzes the present situation of solved questions, where current opinions and theories of our local and foreign experts are presented concerning innovation and company development. Basic definitions dealing with solved problems are described here as well. Various factors of innovation performance development are being carried out with the help of secondary and finally also primary research in Czech companies. The second related inventive goal is focused on design of methodical approach of increasing innovation performance that can be used in Czech companies. Contributions of the academic dissertation for theory and its contribution for corporation development and managerial practice are emphasized in the end part thesis.

Cílem zpracování návrhu právního předpisu (Hleg) bylo, v souladu s výzkumným projektem a v souladu se Státní kulturní politikou na léta 2015–2020 s výhledem do roku 2025, která stanoví v opatření 3.1.2 Legislativně zajistit odpovídající správu vybraných území se soustředěnými kulturními hodnotami, navrhnout text právního předpisu a příslušnou důvodovou zprávu, jež zefektivní správu vybraných území se soustředěnými kulturními hodnotami. V kontextu tohoto cíle byla navržena novelizace zákona č. 20/1987 Sb., o státní památkové péči, ve znění pozdějších právních předpisů.

Postupy a specifika obnovy vilové zahrady meziválečného období

The dissertation aimes with the interpretation of the develompent of residential landscape architecture in interwar Czechoslovakia (CSR), on the alanysis of the functional and compositional approaches of villa gardens determined by the types of vegetation and technical elements, including methods of their use. It focuses on the characteristics of the work of selected landscape architects. It classifies the results of archival research focused on the identification and interpretation of resources, connected with the gardens, the creation of selected landscape architects and creation of gardens in general. Evalutes the results of the field survey, which deals with documenting the develompment of the gardens, structural elements of each composition, creation of landscape architects, and simultaneously try to assess the current state of the analyzed gardens. The practical outcome of the dissertation are methodological principles aimed at restoring the gardens in interwar Czechoslovakia, taking into account the specifics of their maintanance.

Methodology for Restoration of the First Republic's Villa Gardens

The aim of the methodology is to create a coherent process aimed at restoring the gardens built between the world wars of the 20th century. The starting point in the methodology was the effort to analyze, interpret and draw attention to this specific segment of national cultural wealth, which has not yet been given greater attention in the professional circles. As a proof of the development of the garden art of the Czech lands, it presents the first republican art, especially its segment - the garden of villas, one of the most vulnerable proofs of the maturity of our culture.

Methodology for securing and protecting other garden-architectural works that will not capture the project's scope

The aim of the methodology is to create a methodical approach on the basis of which it is possible to carry out a survey of garden and architectural works that originated between two world wars in the then Czechoslovakia and was not the subject of the project Gardening and Architectural Design in the Context of the National Revival Objectives during the First Czechoslovak Republic. The methodology focuses on a number of specific activities based on the scale and form of the research area of cultural heritage, with the aim of defining the process of identifying, locating, classifying, analyzing, interpreting and preserving information about the area under investigation through sophisticated collection databases. The methodology is based on the underlying premise: what we do not know, we can not protect and preserve it for the next generation. It relies on methods of data processing, evaluation and preservation, which have been verified through the realization of the project Garden-Architectural Creation in the Context of the Implementation of National Revival Objectives during the 1st Czechoslovak Republic.
