Titel: Case study of professional tennis coaches work Goals: The goal of study is to compare the groups of selected trainers of children of the youngest groups (children of 3 years age) to adults (players of 18 years and older), to do the analysis of their work and try to find out, how do the good players achieve the results. Method: The analysis of the professional activities is based on the analysis of literature, knowledge of the structure of the training unit in each category, qualitative asking and surveilance. Results: The results provide information on how the groups of tennis trainers across different age groups of players work. The results assess the style, role and education. Key words: tennis, coach
The impact of regulation on the protection of financial intermediary clients

Financial intermediation due to misselling harms consumers. The work concerns to regulation of financial intermediaries and relation between financial intermediary and his or her client. The main objective is to analyze how the regulatory of commissions impact financial intermediation. The paper analyzes the current form of legal status of financial intermediation in the European Union and the Czech Republic and results in analyzing the impacts of regulatory proposals that was discussed in Chamber of Deputies Parliament of the Czech Republic. It concludes that if the proposals were accepted, it will not improve the quality of consumer protection, but even can cause damage to the client. The current legislative base moreover provides sufficient resources to prosecuting financial intermediation, which does not respect the client's interest. For analyzing the relation between financial intermediary and his or her client is developed theoretical model based on theory of games.
Pension reform in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the changes related to the approval of the pension reform. The first part describes the demographic development, reasons for private savings and description of the functioning of pension compared to changes valid from 1st January of 2013, an only one state-supported retirement savings. The second section describes changes on the initial savings and the introduction of new products, disassembling and subsequent evaluation of their advantages and disadvantages. Concluding, the main reasons are evaluated for pension reform and recommendations for citizens of the Czech Republic.
FOREX and Option strategies

This thesis deals with currency market FOREX and currency option strategies. The aim is to analyze possibilities of companies that want to hedge against currency risk with the financial derivatives. In the beginning of the thesis there is a characteristics of a currency market, explanation of how it works and principals of option strategies. In the first part I will state the most important events that formed the market how it is today. Followed by the mechanism of trading on the currency market, characteristics of the participants of the market and trading session and also causes of the long-term and short-term movements of exchange rates on the currency market. Continued by explanation of the technical analysis. In the next part there is a characteristics and definition of options. The point of the bachelor s thesis consist of detailed explanation and application of option strategies including their graphical interpretation.

By using situational analysis reveals connections and principles of the functioning of financial intermediation and focuses on the role of financial market regulation and commission fees. Thesis is analyzing the effects of changes in commission system and impact to different distribution models.
Futures Spreads Trading

The purpose of the thesis is to identify factors that affect the profitability and risk of trading futures calendar spreads. The basic characteristics of futures and trading calendar spreads with seasonal time frames are described in the first part of the thesis. The selected factors such as the correlation of short-term and long-term seasonal patterns, the trading in the extreme, the trading single or multiple crops, the width of the seasonal window, the win probability, the length of backtested period and intermarket vs. intramarket spreads are analyzed from the perspective of profitability and risk in the second part. A summary of the results is contained in the conclusion.
New trends in the automotive industry

This thesis describes new trends in the automotive industry. It investigates how these trends altered the automotive market and industry and what are the reasons of it. The thesis then ascertains an impact on the new cars business, in which stress is put on new technologies and automotive market development in the world, with emphasis on the Czech Republic within the crisis period. The thesis follows 2 trend groups, namely the trends that already appear for a longer time as well as the quite new trends influencing substantially the automotive market. The first named group deals with the technological innovations as well as for example with the problem concerning car factories model families expanding with the aim to maximize volume of sale; problems of the car new models safety and performance is another topic of this thesis. As another important topic of this group diesel drive phenomenon problems in the European Union can be taken into account as well as additional burden of taxation for cars with higher fuel consumption connected with it. A significant part of the second group comprises financial crisis development and impact on the new cars sale in a given period. In addition to it, it describes quite new trends, e.g. engine capacity decreasing with the use of supercharged engines (downsizing), coming wave of SUV cars and a phenomenon of four-wheel drive cars. In the final part of this diploma paper problems are analyzed and finally hybrid cars development as well.
Financial analysis based on financial statements

The goal of this thesis is to analyze company's financial statements to evaluate its overall financial situation between 2008 and 2012. The evaluation has been performed in a context of the economic crisis. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the term financial analysis and also its tools that are applied in the practical part. The practical part assesses company's financial health through horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratio analysis, net working capital analysis and bankruptcy models. Furthermore a comparison of the sector values which is designed for the analysis of ratios and spider chart is included in the practical part. You may find the results of the practical part in a following summary which leads to the final evaluation of company's financial health and its prospective future.
Use of technical analysis when trading on futures markets

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of stock exchange transactions, deals with use and application of elements of technical analysis in trading on commodity (futures) markets. The reader of this thesis becomes gradually acquainted with stock markets, basic market principles and methods, by which it is today possible to successfully trade on commodity markets. The theoretical part simply takes the reader through some successive decisions like the selection of applied analysis, selection of the market, trading system and other aspects necessary for profitable trading. In the practical part of the thesis, I introduce a trading system by with it is possible to trade profitably while giving attention to all of it's rules. After a detailed description of all specific parts of the trading system, we come to an analysis MAE / MFE, which helps us to determine the position-exit strategy. In the chapter of backtest, we test the trading system on two futures markets, E-mini Nasdaq and E-mini Russell2000. At the end of the thesis, I try to use the trading system and trade with virtual money. I compare the results from backtest and papertrading, and i try to characterize the difference between these results.
