This master´s thesis deals with the assessment of the current state of the marketing mix business entity providing manicure and pedicure services and suggestions for improvement. In the theoretical section provides the theoretical background associated with the problem. analytical part deals with basic information about the business entity application marketing analysis and evaluation of the survey. The practical part is based on the analysis results and the survey deals with a recommendation proposing changes to the marketing mix to ensure widespread awareness on services of the business entity.

This bachelor´s thesis deal with reform of public financies. It is focusing principally on changes in the personál income tax. It contains examples, that can be practically used in life. Part of the bechelor‘ thesis is also about common identification with taxes in Czech republic and basic duties for tax payers. One section is also about other parts of reform of public finances. This section is in particular about health aod social part.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of computer networks for a house using an automated household, included heat generation, smoke detection, lights and many others. First part is based on the analysis of the house, requirements and possibilities of the client. The second part focuses on the theoretical bases. And the final part covers the concept of the solution and the specified procedures and elements, which will be used for realization.

The work´s aim is to choose the best way for the company to fund the investment.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of proposals to increase customer satisfaction. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of the topic. The next part is an analysis of the current situation of the internal and external environment of the company, as well as an analysis of customer satisfaction following an evaluation of questionnaire-based research. The last part contains proposals to increase customer satisfaction.
