Sanitation installation and gas installation in the aparthotel

The master thesis focuses on the design of sanitary and gas installations in the particular aparthotel building in Pec pod Sněžkou. It is an aparthotel with two underground and max six above-ground floors incl. a gallery. The upper floors of the towers are used for accommodation. A parking lot and wellness area are situated on the first underground floor. On the second underground floor there is a technical background of the building, shops and a small restaurant for guests. All the roofs and terraces of the aparthotel are made to be green. The calculation part and the project contain the design of the sewerage, water supply, gas pipeline and their connection to the existing engineering networks. The theoretical part deals with increasing the pressure in the indoor plumbing, incl. design of equipment for increasing the pressure in the particular building.

This bachelor’s work deals with drainage of domestic wastewater and rainwater and water supply in the boarding house. The theoretical part solves leading of installations and layout of sanitary facilities in boarding house. The technical part solves the internal distribution of plumbing installations in the boarding house.

The master's thesis is focused on sanitary and gas installations in the production hall. It is a building with one floor. The theoretical part is focused on draining rainwater from roofs. The calculation part and the project contain a proposal for a separate sewerage, water supply, gas pipeline and and several other variant solutions.

Heating of the kindergarten

This work is solving the proposal of heating a kindergarten. The theoretical part is focused on warm water heating, which is used in the proposal. The computational part includes a proposal of heating the building. The system is a combination of low temperature system and underfloor heating. As a warm source, there is a design of thermal pump of air and water, which is located in exterior. The ventilation of the building is natural or forced, depending on location. The work contains proposal of all needed equipment and also the design of the source of warm water.

Plumbing Systems of the Multifunctional Building

The plumbing systems of the multifunctional building are solved in this bachelor‘s thesis. Dimension and pipe materials of the sewage system and water supply are designed in the building. The central water heating is solved by hot-water tank in the technical room. The water heating of kitchen sinks is solved by flow-heaters. The property connections are designed as well. Roof rain water is lead by rainwater downpipes on building facade. Car park rain water is lead by spill control oil – water separator. Roof rain water and car pak rain water are lead to the rainwater storage tank with regulated drain. The desing of the plumbing systems is made with usege of the appropriate technical standards.

Heating of the Chess Club with Accommodation

The project deals with heating and hot water preparation of the Chess Club in Brno. It is a three-storey building with a flat roof. Heating is mainly dealt with radiators. The heating system is divided into several branches according to the cardinal directions. The condensing gas boiler is the heat source. The theoretical part is focused on the heat sources.

The subject of this bachelor's dissertation is heating of the Primary and the Kindergarten school's buildings. The main aim is to make a design of the heating system and the hot water preparation. The source of the heat is the hot-water pipe, which the buildings are connected trough the heating coil to.

Heating of Apartment Building

In my bachelor thesis I propose heating and the preparation of hot water in an apartment building in Most. It is a renovated brick house with free floors. In the calculation I deal with the design of heating surfaces, distribution of hot water, hot water preparation and the sources of heat. I designed panel and tubular radiators and floor convectors for the bulding. Hot water, two pipe and symmetric distribution. The house will use the central system of hot water preparation. I selected a separated preparation of hot water for the production of untility hot water and hot water for heating. There will be two boilers installed in the house - a condensing and a low-temperature one. The condensing boiler will serve to prepare hot water for heating and the low temperature boiler for the preparation of hot utility water. The theoretical part will focus on the issue of regulation.
