The master’s thesis focuses on customer satisfaction of the chosen company. Analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, SWOT analysis, questionnaire, cluster analysis and importance-satisfaction analysis are used to achieve this goal. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is concerned with presenting these and other theoretical basics. After it comes the analysis of the current situation and market research. Possible solutions based on the findings from the analytical part of the thesis, which should improve the overall customer satisfaction, are presented at the end of the thesis.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the subject of employee evaluation in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the theoretical background necessary for the thesis. The second part is concerned with introduction of the company, analyses of the current situation, survey among the employees of the company and interview with a representative of the company’s leadership. An alteration of the current employee evaluation system and its impact on the employee remuneration is presented in the last part.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of models for evaluation of suppliers and their possible risks for a retail food business. Supplier risk is evaluated using fuzzy logic. Models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. At the beginning of the thesis is the problem defined in the theoretical framework, which is followed by the analytical and practical part of the thesis with proposals for solution of the problem.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on measurement and evaluation of DOBEŠ-STAVBY s.r.o.'s company performance. It uses financial analysis for this purpose. The theoretical part describes financial analysis, sources of data for financial analysis and the methods used. Analysis of current situation analyses the current situation of the company based on the methods described in the theoretical part. Possible solutions to the problematic parts of the company are presented at the end of the thesis.

This thesis deals the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a production company. The purpose is to analyze the current remuneration system and propose a possible change in the remuneration system with new knowledge gained through empirical research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part examines the current situation in the company, includes a questionnaire research. The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.

The methods of inventory control: ABC analysis, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Kanban are used in this diploma thesis. These methods are applied and evaluated to current suppliers and suggested for new suppliers
