Iranian Islamic Revolution and its Reflexion in Modern Iran

Bachelor thesis focuses on Iranian Islamic Revolution of 1979 which fundamentally influenced relations and development in the Middle East. The aim is to detect the presence of the principles of the revolution in contemporary Iran. The first two chapters characterize the revolution in general, the remaining three chapters focus on the process of revolution, achieved changes and its reflextion in Iran in the period from 2000 to 2016.
United Nations as an actor in international relations in the Middle East

This bachelor thesis deals with the United Nations as an actor of international relations in the Middle East, namely in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, where conflicts have been taking place since the 1990s. This is mainly the analysis and evaluation of its behavior in conflict resolution on the basis of resolutions issued by the United Nations Security Council in comparison with the theoretical process according to the UN Charter. Criteria for evaluation include conflict prevention, conflict resolution, reconstruction and maintenance of international peace and peace building. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the UN proceeded in conflict and how it managed to fulfill the theoretical basis.
The Role and Legacy of Mahatma Gandhi in International Relations

The topic of this bachelor theses is The Role and Legacy of Mahatma Gandhi in International Relations. The aim of the theses is to analyze the influence of Mahatma Gandhi on the area of international relations. The theses is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of international relations, actors in international relations and on the influence that an individual has on this area. The second chapter introduces the context of international relations in Gandhi's lifetime. The purpose of the third chapter is to analyze the life of Gandhi and his moral principles. In the fourth chapter are these principles applied on Satyagraha, Gandhi's political praxis and theory of nonviolent (passive) resistance. The final chapter analyses the actual Gandhi's political activities and their importance for the international relations.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the post-conflict reconstruction of Kosovo using appropriate socioeconomic indicators. The Analysis was made primarily from the data of World Bank focusing on the evolution of indicators and their evaluation. Thesis concludes current unsatisfactory socioeconomic situation in Kosovo.
Kaliningrad oblast as a Russian enclave in the European Union

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the relations between Kaliningrad oblast and the European union. Theoretical part presents typology of enclaves, the ways of their formation and historical waves of such formation. After that the bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysis of economic and social potential of Kaliningrad oblast, which is caused by its exclave position and neighbourhood with European countries. Theoretical part is also devoted to limitations of the region caused by isolation of the Russian federation. Practical part is focused on the relations between the European union and Kaliningrad oblast. The main focus is on the international trade, security policy, cross-border cooperation of Kaliningrad oblast with European counties. Practical part is also devoted to analysis of the Northern dimension project and the future development of the region.

This bachelor's thesis compares the policies of Hamas and Fatah during the second intifada and immediately after. The goal of this thesis is to determine how events of the second intifada along with the different policies of both parties affected the results of the 2006 elections and how they influenced israeli- palestinian conflict and position of Palestinian autonomy in the international community.
Analysis of the Kashmir Territorial Dispute and the Perspective of Its Resolution

This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the ongoing conflict between India and Pakistan about the states of Jammu and Kashmir. The conflict broke out in 1947 after India gained independence on the British Empire. So far the two principal parties have not reached mutual solution. With the rise of nuclear threat, the issue is gaining more importance. This thesis investigates the main causes of the conflict and further characterises the two actors and the bone of contention. In the last part of the thesis, the author focuses on the possible resolution of the conflict.
The Impacts of China on Africa

This thesis deals with the impact of China on the economic development of its largest trade partners in Africa since the foundation of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) with the emphasis on the development. The analysis is based on the indicators of economic performance, economic activity and economic development among which the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) and the Human Development Index (HDI) figure. The final research on the basis of chosen indicators did not prove definite influence of China on the economic development of South Africa, Angola, Egypt, Nigeria and Sudan for its broad approach. However, it sheds new light into the studying of Chinese impacts and according to the the author it may be a source of new piece of knowledge on the topic when examined more profoundly with regard to single aspects of chosen indices.

The diploma thesis titled "Political developments in Vietnam from 1954 to the present" focuses on the political development of Vietnam after the war in Indochina until present days. It describes what led Ho Chi Minh to adopt communism, after what and by whom he was inspired and why communism has nowadays still a strong position in Vietnam. The main attention is devoted to the reforms of Doi Moi, that have lifted the country's economy. It outlines the positive and negative aspects following the introduction of these reforms.
The influence of the internal political situation and intrastate conflicts on the stability of India

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the influence of the current internal political situation of the Indian State and its intrastate conflicts on the stability of India. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter is devoted to the identification and brief description of the factors affecting the stability of the state, and then highlights the political situation and internal conflicts, as the key determinants for this thesis. The second part analyzes the political situation and its problems, including impacts on the stability of the state. The third chapter examines intrastate conflicts, focused on Muslim-Hindu conflicts, that undermine the integrity of India.
