The community center in the Czech Budejovice - Construction Technology Project

The theme of the diploma thesis is the construction technology project construction of a community center in the Czech Budejovice. The work describes the study of the main stages of technological, financial and construction schedule, itemized budget and technological prescription for performance building envelope. A substantial part of the work is to perform a technological prescription ceiling cladding structure above 1.NP, which is supplemented by technical-economic balance for the implementation of this ceiling construction, along with formwork drawings describes the optimal design of monolithic ceiling structure above 1.NP. Suitable design of the implementation process of the ceiling structure is achieved by reducing the cost of implementation of nearly 10% and shorten the length of the lease formwork system of almost 34% compared to the original assumption.

The content of the submitted thesis is the implementation of a reinforced concrete skeleton assembled in Paskov. This is a manufacturing and warehouse facility Italinox. The work contains a comprehensive technical report, technical report transport relations, bills of quantities, two technological regulations, two control and test plans, design of mechanical assemblies, and health and safety. The appendix contains drawings framed construction and piloting, budget, schedule, drawing of the site.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

The subject of my diploma thesis is preparation for the implementation of sports hall at the elementary school in Rajhrad. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate construction technology plan for the main building marked SO.01 – Sports hall, focusing on time management, technology, and resources of implementation. The main subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of construction - object, a study of implementation of main technological stages of building, a project of the site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of main building, a plan of material resources, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of precast concrete frame. Also elaborated are calculation of construction according to THU, an occupational health and safety plan, a noise study and comparative study for a lifting mechanism.

Parking building in Opava - construction technology project

The focus of this thesis is dealing with the elaboration of the construction technology project of the parking house in Opava. The thesis contains a technical report, a time schedule and financial plan and a project for construction site equipment for all construction objects. For the main construction object, a construction technology study of the main technological stages, technological regulations for the assembly of the structural steel construction and fiber-reinforced concrete were prepared. For these topics, inspection and test plans have been devised. The thesis too includes the transportation of machines and materials to the construction site, the plan for securing material resources, occupational safety, and the itemized budget.

Solution of the construction-technological phase of the substructure of the fire station building in Brno

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological phase of the substructure of the fire station. It is a four-storey building without a basement, which is located on a sloped ground near the Brno dam. The individual floors are designed as receding with dominant terraces on the side of the dam. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a system of waterproof concrete foundations supplemented by external waterproofing of PVC foil. The building is based on the base plate. The work contains a technical report of the object, a closer and broader situation of transport relations, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for the implementation of the waterproof concrete foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, control and test plan, safety and health at work, then a variant assessment of construction machinery.
