Monitoring consumption of food containing sugar in pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school and secondary school

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of monitoring the consumption of sugar-containing foods in pupils of the 2nd grade of primary and secondary schools. In the theoretical part I focus on the concept of carbohydrates, their types and uses in the human body. Furthermore, attention is paid to sugar as such. Its history and harmfulness to the human body and the content of this delicacy in food. Looking back on the basics of a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, the work describes the history of human nutrition and current nutritional recommendations for maintaining health. In this work, I also talk about addiction and specifically about sugar addiction. In this work, I present scientific evidence for sugar addiction and also an explanation that sugar addiction denies. In this work I also focus on school meals and its history. I am also talking about the foods that are currently available in primary schools and I focus on the eating habits of primary and secondary school pupils. The aim of the study was to map the risk of sugar addiction in adolescent girls. I focused on elementary and high school girls, mapping the eating habits of teenage girls. Sugar addiction among abstinent clients in the psychiatric hospital Bohnice

The topic of the thesis focuses on nutrition for people recovering from alcohol addiction.The theoretical part of the thesis is to detect excessive use of sugar abstinent women in a psychiatric hospital and common characteristics depending on the seasoning.This section will be described alcohol, its production, its effects and impact on human health. Also described are the mechanisms of physical and psychological dependence on sugar. The harmfulness of sugar on the human body and the effect on his health. It pointed to the eating habits abstinent women in a psychiatric hospital. In the practical part of the thesis using quantitative research focuses on finding eating habits, specifically the amount of consumption of sugar-containing foods, with clients Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital, patients recovering from alcohol addiction. The aim of this section is to determine whether the amount of sugar accepted during the stay in a psychiatric hospital creates dependency on the delicacies. The characters in the novel of Ernesto Sábato El túnel and the novel of Carlos Fuentes Aura

(in English) This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the characters of two novels from Hispanic-American literature of the Twentieth Century. The first is Túnel written by Ernesto Sábato and the second is Aura by Carlos Fuentes. The initial part of my work briefly summarises the life and principal works of these writers. The following section tries to describe theoretically the literary characters and offers a few possible reasons for their division. The practical part is occupied by analysis of the characters and divides them by using methods which were described in theoretical part. In Túnel, the focus is on the main characters of the novel and the evolution of their relationship. In Aura, the primary focus is on the fantastic transformation of the characters. In the final section, my work offers a summary of several common and different traits of the characters appearing in both novels.

Beautiful Goddess: Contemporary Feminine Spirituality in the example of the female tantric groups

This thesis elaborates the results of the research I carried out wtihin the year 2009 in a paid course of female tantric initiation. The theme of the thesis was inspired by my previous interest in the Goddess movement. As this movement is not yet concretized in the Czech republic, I have chosen participating in a closed women's group which is very close to it due to a specific combination of religion, philosophy and psychology. My goal was to find out what form the women's spirituality has in the Czech environment and what kind of women are drawn to it. While the first part of the thesis deals with the universal characteristics of the current eclectic spirituality generally described as the New Age movement, the second part is devoted to the research itself. I come to the conclusion that the symbol of the Goddess, the key idea of the thesis, is not perceived only as a religious concept but also as a medium by means of which women define their needs and problems resulting from their femininity. By this particular case, I advert to the very psychotherapeutic dimension of women's spirituality. The level of dental hygiene for students at the Faculty of Education at South Bohemia University in Czech Budweis

The topic of the dental hygiene is presently current for all ages and it is attached more and more importance. Therefore, this bachelor thesis maps the level of knowledge about dental hygiene and respect for the rule preventing oral disease among students of Faculty of Education University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. It consists of a theoretical part, which deals with dentistry, dental hygiene, anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity. This part also informs about the pathogenesis of dental caries and periodontal diseases of the oral cavity. The theoretical part also deals with primary and secondary prevention, which has a large impact on reducing the incidence of diseases of the dental apparatus. The practical part focuses on the awareness of students of the Faculty of Education in dental hygiene and primary prevention of diseases of the oral cavity with the help of questionnaires. Evaluated questionnaires were processed in graphs and tables together with the verbal commentary that speaks about awareness regarding dental hygiene and the primary prevention of periodontal diseases among students of the Faculty of Education University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Another aim of the work was based on a questionnaire survey suggest an educational program for college students. The main theme of this program is the dental hygiene and the best practices to promote good dental hygiene habits and the prevention of diseases of the oral cavity.
