The object of the bachelor work is Gorky Park administration that takes place in Moscow, Russia. The subject is the research of Gorky Park administration's activity and its different aspects. The aim is to analyze administration as a type of organization's management activity, its management styles and to develop recommendations with intention to improve overall administration performance. Gorky Park is one of the oldest Moscow parks. It's a complex, multifunctional cultural organization and more than that, Gorky Park is Russia's first world-class park. Bachelor work is divided into three main parts. The first part covers the basic terminology, the main types of management styles and the main indicators of organizations' administration efficiency. The second part characterizes the park administration, its activity and the structure of its management. The final section includes an analysis of the problems that Gorky Park administration faces, recommendations of overall administration performance improvement and the assessment of the introduced recommendations efficiency.

The final section includes an analysis of the planning system in the company Treeline Systems and offers a variety of activities to improve planning.

Czech Center - Czech House Moscow is an integral part of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in the Russian Federation. It provides different services including hotel accommodation service for citizens of the Czech Republic. The thesis is split into three main parts. The first part describes the theoretical bases of hotel management and crisis management. It is told about communication of image and competitiveness at the enterprise. As growth of value of the consumer to goods and services is result of formation of image. At the thesis there is a general characteristic of the enterprise and image of LLC Alliance Distribution Company is analyzed. The company Philip Morris Kuban - a modern automated industrial plant full production cycle (from the primary processing of raw tobacco to the production and packaging of high quality cigarettes) and one of the largest industrial centers of "Philip Morris International" in the world. Bachelor work was divided into three main parts. The first part covers the basic terminology, showing the main approaches and the development of operational management and operational processes. The second part describes the company and its business activities. The final section includes an analysis of the operational processes; evaluate the effectiveness of these processes and the development of improved techniques.

This thesis deals with the proportion of women on the boards of the companies listed on the PSE. It is researched whether men and women are equally represented. The European Commission suggests 40 % of women on the boards. There is presented the composition of the boards of directors or the supervisory boards and the management boards by the end of 2009 and 2014. Then the development in these 5 years is evaluated.
Vliv životního cyklu organizace a socio-ekonomické charakteristiky země na charakteristiku vrcholového managementu

The dissertation examines the impact of Organizational Life Cycle (OLC) and the Country Socio Economic Characteristics (CSEC) on Top Management Team (TMT) Characteristics. The dissertation first elaborates and establishes the theoretical link between Organization Life Cycle, Country Socio-Economic Characteristics and characteristics of TMT. Second, a quantitative empirical study is conducted to test the OLC phases and CSEC impact on the TMT characteristics through characteristics. The dissertation outlines a detailed research methodology based on the state-of-art in the area of OLC, TMT and CSEC that will be implemented to answer the key research questions in regards to the scope of the doctoral thesis. Data set is collected from the 300 largest Swiss, German and Czech companies at year-end 2011, including detailed data on the country socio economic characteristics and career backgrounds of all TMT members (executive boards) at these companies at the end of 2011. A detailed procedure is developed to accurately classify organizations at different lifecycle phases, drawing extensively on existing literature and scales. Multilevel data analysis techniques are employed to understand how the different organization lifecycle phases influence both the level of TMT characteristics as well as changes in TMT composition and diversity due to inbound and outbound mobility of top managers over time. Substantial research synergies and knowledge transfer effects expected to emanate from this dissertation. In the dissertation regression and correlation analysis are applied for each phase of the companies' OLC in Switzerland, Germany and the Czech Republic. The dissertation states that more mature the company is more diversified the TMT are regardless the country. Also, the country impact has its own role in the relationship between the OLC and TMT characteristics which is expressed by the findings that Switzerland and Germany are more diversified than the Czech Republic in terms of TMT characteristics as gender diversity, age diversity, nationality diversity, education background of the TMTs, TMT dominant functions and TMT career length. The doctoral thesis contributes to the research by revealing relationships between TMT, CSEC and OLC theories. Also it develops methods and techniques for finding the interconnections between the OLC phases, CSEC with the TMT characteristics and the dissertation outlines the future research gaps in the area of TMT.
