Recent studies have shown that traditional management approaches and techniques are not capable of handling a saturated competitive and fast changing environment (Rishipal, 2014). At the same time, most commonly used organizational structures have to be questioned - according to a recent study of Deloitte, most of the companies are not satisfied how their organizational structure functions (Greenfield, 2016). Therefore, this thesis aims to examine the development of modern innovative management methods and practices (including ones which are denoted as Obliquity, Adhocracy, Sociocracy, self-management, etc.) and in practical part it focuses on recently emerged organizational structure called Holacracy. Holacracy is a framework for structuring the organization, it is like an operating system for business that requires the installation of different applications (Knopka Company, 2014; Mint, 2016): for example, applications for hiring employees, for setting salaries, for planning or logistics. Therefore, within the framework of Holacracy, you can apply any other practices such as Lean, Agile or Scrum. For the purpose of this study, the following methods are implemented: the method of qualitative systematic literature review and the analysis of the practices of 97 companies worldwide are summarized and presented in order to critically examine previous research and experience of various companies and, consequently, identify positive and negative elements of Holacracy, its comparison with hierarchy, give suggestions on implementation and create the layout of ideal company for Holacracy.

The goal of this thesis is to create a business plan for a new company that will provide outdoor lasergame and escape game and serves to evaluate a feasibility and functionality of the chosen business idea. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, things related to the business and creating business plan are further described. Following practical part deals with detailed business plan, which is written according to structure mentioned in the theoretical part. The first step was to describe the business opportunity, to present goals, to analyze market, competition and suppliers and to present the marketing and business strategy together with the financial plan. In conclusion, the project is evaluated and will be realized in July 2017.
Risk Management specifics in Russian economy

The subject of research of my bachelor's work is the system of organization and risk management at the enterprise LLC "SPE" MERA "in Mytischi. MERA, LLC is a well-known Russian enterprise that develops, manufactures and deploys turnkey measurement and control systems for bench, airborne, flight and field testing of various applications. Bachelor's work is divided into four parts. The first part describes the relevance of my work, its purpose and objectives, the methods which I used, the information base and so on. The second part is devoted to the main theoretical bases of risk assessment and management in the Russian market. In the third part, I will analyze the current state of LLC "SPE" MERA "and the likelihood of bankruptcy of this enterprise, and in this part methods for minimizing risks will be applied and an option is proposed to improve the mechanism of risk management. The last part will sum up the results of all the work.
Management of an enterprise in a free economic zone

The subject of the research of bachelor's work are the organizational aspects of optimization of the enterprise management system in the free economic zone on the example of the joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus. The purpose of the work is to formulate recommendations for improving the enterprise management system in the free economic zone by the example of JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus. The joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus JSC RNC was established in October 14, 2010 to manage tourist and recreational special economic zones as part of a tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District. Bachelor's work is divided into four parts. The first part describes the relevance of the work, its purpose, objectives and methods of research. The second part is devoted to the main theoretical and legal aspects of enterprise management in the free economic zone. The third part carries an analysis of the management of the joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus in the free economic zone, and in this part recommendations have been developed on improving the management system of JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus. The last chapter contains the results of all the work.

PJSC Aeroflot is the biggest airline company in Russia. It is one of the oldest airlines in the world, starting its history from 1923. Bachelor's work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the main theoretical and legal aspects of business management in market conditions. The second part is devoted to analysis of the business management system of PJSC Aeroflot. The third part carries an information about enhancement of business management in PJSC Aeroflot.

The 1st chapter reflects theoretical aspects of innovative activity of the organization and management of this activity. The 2nd chapter includes description of the company, its innovative activity and management of this activity, and recommendations to improve management of innovative activity.

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is the system of organization and innovative methods of enterprise management at Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS. The aim of my graduate qualification work is to analyze innovative methods of enterprise management using the example of the research and production business entity Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS and to define proposals for its developing. Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS was founded in 1989. The objective of the company was to unify the researchers of the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences for the following introduction of the results of research, development, medical treatment and prevention into medical practice. The creation of the business entity made possible to continue innovative research not only in the field of medicine, but also in such areas as immunology, applied research, management. The first chapter of the work deals with theoretical aspects. The second chapter includes a description of the company and its activities and the current management practices. The relevance of the topic of the bachelor thesis: Identity of organization ethics of management and social responsibility is determined by the increased public attention to the activities of companies in the field of social and environmental measures. The thesis is divided into 2 chapters. The first chapter explains the theoretical basis of ethics of management and social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility of business is the company policy which is desirable from the point of view of society. The second part analyzes the ethics and social responsibility management in PJSC Aeroflot. The subject of the study is the logic principles and requirements for ethics and social responsibility of PJSC Aeroflot. The purpose of the study is the identity of PJSC Aeroflot the ethics of management and social responsibility of the organization. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge methods and techniques used in the process of the study. The theoretical basis of the work was the combination of scientific theories of domestic and foreign scientists. The information base was made up by internal corporate documents regulations and basic information about PJSC Aeroflot financial and statistical reports of PJSC Aeroflot also results of my own research.

To achieve the goals and objectives in the bachelor's work, dialectical methods of research, analysis, comparative comparisons, methods of survey of management systems (documentation, observations) were used.

The second part includes an analysis of financial and economic activities and personnel policy of LLC Rudstroy, an assessment of the system of personnel reward and motivation. The third part of contains the draft system of personnel reward and motivation, taking into account key performance indicators, with proof of its economic Expediency. Results obtained in this bachelor's graduation paper, can be extended to other enterprises.
