The consequence of drug users between addiction and abstinence for field work

The bachelor essay "The significance of drug users between addiction and abstinence for field work" deals with the concept of indigenous field work with problem drug users in a hidden drug scene. Describes the current model of employment stabilized drug users in external field programs of SANANIM co. In the empirical part deals with the number of low-threshold facilities for drug addicted clients, in practice, using indigenous field workers. Queries to the fulfillment of the objectives of social work with problem drug users using indigenous field workers and identify the reasons why it is not this way of working on a hidden drug scene too extended.

Problems of Czech Church Slavonic hagiography: Church Slavonic legend of St. Anastasia

The dissertation analyses the Church Slavonic Legend oj St Anastasia published for the first time by A. 1. Sobolevskij in 1903. The first editor himself assumed a Czech origin for the legend, because of some signs. The legend has not been systematically analysed since. Because some writers do not consider the Czech milieu as a likely source of some monuments we inc1uded the problems of Church Slavonic hagiography of Czech Origin into the outline of exploration of Church Slavonic monuments of Czech Origin whose part the legend of St Anastasia forms. In the Introduction chapter we give a sketch of the state of exploration of Czech Church Slavonic monuments. One of the basic types of questions connected to these monuments is proving their attribution. It inc1udes a broad array of linguistic, theoreticalliterary as well as extra-linguistic questions. In the subsequent exposition we evaluated the basic existential conditions for Church Slavonic literature in Přemyslid Bohemia. V. Tkadlčík's essay Otázka kontinuity slovanské bohoslužby v přemyslovských Čechách is one of the works presupposing a continuity of Slavonic literary tradition and liturgy in Přemyslid Bohemia. Organisation of drug policy in Czech Republic

Drug policy refers to the sum total of policies and laws which deal with a problem of illicit drugs. It includes creating strategic documents, laws, but organization of social services as well. Social services are services oriented on four main goals of Czech drug policy, which are: primary prevention, harm reduction, treatment and social rehabilitation. Most of these services are provided by non - governmental organizations, therefore we dedicate them most of this thesis. Theoretical part explains basic terminology, approaches and drug policy models, tries to introduce main authorities and types of all in Czech Republic available social services. It gives also a space for describing certification process and ways of funding NGOs. Research is oriented on their status in Czech drug policy. The main goal of the research is to find out, how social services feel about their status in drug policy. Assesing domestic child abuse in the Educational System. Awareness of domestic child abuse in the selected district of Prague.

The aim of the thesis was outlining the issue of domestic child abuse in the context of its detection and exposure. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the concept of domestic child abuse and its assesing. The issue of domestic child abuse was focused on The Educational system. Research in the practical part was aimed at teachers of primary schools in the selected district of Prague. The main issues on which research responds is to measure the activity of teachers and the knowledge of the issues in relation to addressing specific cases of domestic child abuse. The research results show a low level of awareness in the subject and thus the possibility of further education and training in this direction. Problems of battered women

Main topic of this thesis is focused on domestic violence, especially on its female victims, in the region of Czech Republic. It defines basic terms and vocabulary used on the field of social work; it is also focused on typical indicators of domestic violence and analysis of domestic women abuse. It concerns about psychological status of abused women themselves, but also about witnesses. Domestic violence cycle is described in details, and results of major relevant studies are published. This thesis lists existing legislation concerning domestic violence, but it also shows areas where improvement of current status is necessary. It also describes the multi-disciplinary cooperation and evaluation of dedicated work with victims after changes in respective legislation. Current legislation relevant to this topic is described in details.

Working conditions of women providing paid sexual services in the Czech Republic, with concentration on the clients of nongovernmental organization "Bliss without risk" working in the Prague sex clubs

Bachelor work "Working conditions of women providing paid sexual services in the Czech Republic, with concentration on the clients of nongovermental organization (NGO) Rozkoš bez Rizika (Bliss without risk) working in the Prague sex clubs", concerns about female prostitution from the point of view of working conditions and takes notice of some respective influencing factors. The thesis reffers about different sights on problems of commercial sex, taking the view points from unordinary directions; effort of recognition of work with the aim to get the same working conditions, rights and protection, like in any other work areas, and on the other hand, describing commercial sex as violence against women, that can not be considered as work itself. It takes insight to the spheres of social work in relation to individuals, who offer paid sexual services. More further, areas that can be included in working condition of sexual workers and some factors that can influence these conditions are described. One of the important factors is the government policy regarding prostitution, where contemporary and proposed legislation impact at working conditions, is considered.
