Bulk forming technology of carrier pin
Večeřa, Jiří ; Samek, Radko (referee) ; Forejt, Milan (advisor)
This thesis deals with a proposal of a technology for manufacturing a carrier pin made of corrosion resistant chrome steel 17 021.3. Having studied the information about cold bulk-metal forming in the available literature, I have suggested two variants of manufacturing processes. The suggested manufacturing variants consist of four forming operations which combine upsetting and extrusion. As far as the chosen variant is concerned, there have been made technological and strength calculations for the individual operations. As regards the designed technology, I have opted for the automatic multistation forming machine TPZK 25, produced by the company ŠMERAL Brno.
Multiband antenna for wireless computer communication
Večeřa, Jiří ; Raida, Zbyněk (referee) ; Láčík, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of two-band plannar PIFA antennas. Two antennas from this group of antennas are studied in detail and modeled in the software Zeland IE3D to design them for services WiFi and WiMax. The better antenna from these two antennas is manufactured and measured. The measured results are compared with the ones obtained from IE3D. The designed antenna is able to work reliably in the desired frequency bands.
Materials used in Aerospace Industry
Večeřa, Jiří ; Juliš, Martin (referee) ; Hutařová, Simona (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with contemporary aerospace materials. First part of this thesis is engaged in aircraft construction. There is description of the most important components of fuselage and jet engine, its function, various types and materials, which is used to its production. Other part is engaged in these materials. There are aluminum alloys, titanium base alloys, nickel and cobalt base superalloys, heat-resisting steels and composites.
Design of production technology for a distribution block
Večeřa, Jiří ; Píška, Miroslav (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
The master's thesis focuses on the design of manufacturing technology for a selected component made of ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the technologies used in component manufacturing, such as turning, milling, drilling, surface grinding, honing, thermal energy debburing and phosphating. The subsequent sections specify the specific production machines and cutting tools utilized in the component manufacturing process. In the practical part, a technological procedure is proposed, describing the sequence of manufacturing operations required for producing the component. It also includes inspection operations for measuring tolerances. Additionally, manufacturing instructions are provided, offering a detailed description of individual manufacturing operations and specifying the frequency of tolerance checks. The thesis concludes with a technical-economic evaluation, summarizing the material costs for production preparation, the costs for ensuring the production itself, and evaluating the manufacturing technology.

The impact of the global financial crisis on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic
Večeřa, Jiří ; Radová, Jarmila (advisor) ; Půlpánová, Stanislava (referee)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic during the global financial crisis. First explained are the most important characteristics of the mortgage loans and their placemen on the Czech market. The mortgage and financial crisis in the United States is then described with implications on the Czech real estate market and the preparedness of Czech banks. The financial situation of Czech citizens and the changes to the requirements for the mortgage loans are examined. Finally the development of the interest rates and new mortgage loans is analyzed.
