Educator in the Czech Movie

The thesis is of an analytical - interpretive nature. Its prevaling analytical part focuses on an analysis of 14 films that represent the Czech cinematography produced in the period of 1937- 2010, and feature the character of an educator The films have been divided according to the date of their production into three main groups - the films made before the year 1945, those produced between 1945 and 1989, and the films made from 1989, i.e.after the Velvet Revolution, onwards. The interpretative part deals with the portrayal of a teacher in the Czech film production, and focuses, in particular, on apparent identical features in depicting the character of an educator, as well as on the attributes assigned to the profession of a teacher, interaction between a teacher and his/her pupils, and interaction with between a teacher and his/her broader social environment. The Issues of Education and Learning Outside of the Schooling in Klatovy

This thesis deals with the issues of upbringing and education out of tuition in Klatovy. The goal of my thesis is to identify the specific activities of each organization for education and upbringing out of tuition in Klatovy, and alternatively to suggest improvements in the work of these organizations. The work is divided into two parts: the theoretical part explains the history and basic terms in the field of leisure education and puts forward proposals for spending leisure time in different age groups. The empirical part contains a list of all leisure facilities in Klatovy and semi-structured interviews with representatives of selected organizations for education and upbringing out of tuition. It deals with the methodology of this research.

(in Engllish) The main goal of this work is to describe the changes in training artistically gifted students in the field of study of Applied painting. In the theoretical part the analysis of educational objectives of national and international documents is captured in the context of lifelong education, general education programs in the field of applied painting and its ties to the framework curricula of primary schools and primary art school. In the methodological part of this work I described the main characteristics of the educational program which is implemented by the Secondary Glass School Valašské Meziříčí, where I work. It contains proposals of basic curricula, selection of topics and time allocation for profile subjects Practical Training and Technology. Examples of real teaching learning activities with an emphasis on integrating the content of social science base with elements of Sciences technology base are introduced. The aim of the methodological part is to present the way how the theoretical knowledge of methods, forms of education are used in my teaching practice use, with the emphasis on the area of motivation of students and students' assessment.
Documentary film in the global development of education in high schools

Diploma thesis Documentary film in the global development education in high schools deals with the issue of the global development education in conditions of Czech high schools. The aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce possibilities of utilisation of the documentary film as a method of global development education. The theoretical part elaborates on the global development education in the school curriculum and one of it's educational instruments - documentary film. The empirical part is focused on preparedness of the future high school teachers for use of documentary film in the global development education and it is also concerned with their attitudes and knowledges of the theme.

Personality-Social Training in The First Two Years of School Education

The introduced diploma thesis is of theoretical-practical character and deals with a theme of the personality-social training in the first two years of school education. The first synthetic part deals with general theoretical resources of the PST and also with psychological specificities of the early-middle chidhood in connection with the personality-social skills training. In the second practice-oriented part are executed examples of three specific programmes which present three possible ways of an implementation of the PST themes in school education. The programmes result from principles and pieces of knowledge described in the first part of the thesis.
Game in leisure time of students of grammar schools, aprentice training schools and specialised high schools

Game in leisure time of students of grammar schools, aprentice training schools and specialised high schools. The aim of the diploma thesis, "Game in leisure time of students of grammar schools, aprentice training schools and specialised high schools.", was to assess the impact of type of secondary school to pupils leisure activities, in particular, the favour type of leisure games. Within the diploma thesis there was realized empirical research. It was used questionnaire method. 326 respondents (15-25 years) were interviewed. Content is divided into two parts- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with defining category of youth, introduce with the structure of secondary education in this country, below what it means leisure time for youth, how they spend it and definition of "game", its function and categorization. The practical part presents the results of research. Key words: game, youth, secondary school, leisure time.
Possibilities of implementation of cross-cutting theme of RVP environmental education in teaching different subjects

The work is devoted to the topic, 'The implementation of cross-cutting theme options RVP environmental education in teaching different subjects'. The theoretical part aims to clarify the concept of environmental education. There are defined goals of environmental education, its contents and procedures by which the goals are achieved. Furthermore, in the theoretical part describes the challenge of integrating educational content, as my chosen path to implementation of environmental education in elementary schools. In the practical part of the thesis is first concerned with defining the principles of integrating environmental education into other subjects. Next, I created a part in the practical methodological material for the implementation of environmental education in teaching various subjects taught in elementary schools. The methodology is complemented with concrete examples of implementation issues of environmental education in the teaching of selected subjects.

TITLE: Spontaneous activities of children in nature and preschool education AUTHOR: Ivana Šircová DEPARTMENT: Department of Primary Education SUPERVISOR: doc. PhDr. Eva Opravilová, CSc. ABSTRACT: The dissertation deals with the phenomenon of spontaneous activities of children in nature and its manifestation in kindergarten. The aim is to describe, characterize and define these spontaneous activities and interpret them in the context of the Framework for Preschool Education. Qualitative research was conducted using participant observation. Field research was carried out in the garden of kindergarten. Through the survey finds kindergarten teachers look for possibilities of using nature for activities. The result is a compiled inventory of the activities of children in nature, selected cases of typical situations of spontaneous activities and the principles of methodological reflection of spontaneous activities of children in nature. The dissertation shows spontaneous activities of children in nature in the context of preschool education. It emphasizes the need to understand and points to the possibility of educational use of spontaneous activities.
