Hyaluronan hydrogels

In this thesis there was preparation optimized for agarose-gelatin hydrogels with addition of various concentrations of low-molecular and high-molecular hyaluronan and than there were examined viscoelastic properties of them by rheological oscilation tests and high-resolution ultrasonic spektrometry. By rheology were measured values of elastic and viscous modulus for selected amplitude of strain, oscilation frequencies and temperatures. In the second method there were recorded values of ultrasonic velocities of samples at temperature scanning from 85 to 25 °C and from 25 to 85 °C in HR-US 102, which were compared with ultrasonic velocities measured at the temperature 27,0±0,5 °C by gel-modul HR-EX-SSC.

Hana Vaculíková Supervisor: MUDr. Pavla Paterová Title of diploma thesis: Incidence of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus in University Hospital Hradec Králové 2008-2010 Strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are a significant cause of nosocomial infections. Their epidemiology keeps changing and MRSA infections are increasingly more frequent also among common population, which trend has become most noticeable in the USA. S. aureus can be generally found on skin or mucosae of healthy people, however its drug-resistant strains constitute a serious global problem, as the treatment of such infections is complicated and expensive. The practical part deals with the occurrence of MRSA at the University hospital in Hradec Králové in the years 2008 - 2010 and strives to verify the theory of a long-term or even life-long latent MRSA infections in patients that have already been diagnosed with MRSA. The analysis was focused on occurrence in various types of material, occurrence on particular hospital departments, age of the patients and diagnosis of MRSA in a time-scale. Analysis of the activities of CzechInvest in recent years

This thesis is dedicated to the activities of CzechInvest, the Investment and Business Development Agency. The analysis is aimed at the portfolio of provided services and development programmes. The system of investment incentives in the manufacturing industry is discussed in detail. The thesis also shows planned measures, which would change the current support in favor of research, development and innovations (technology centers) and business support services centers. Foreign direct investments inflow into the Czech Republic is analyzed as well. It examines investment projects mediated by CzechInvest mainly in the last six years. In the conclusion, the comparison of received foreign direct investments and mediated investment projects is implemented.

Práce se zabývá nástroji a cíli obchodní politiky USA - aktivitami, které liberalizují celosvětový obchod. V první části je popsáno postavení Spojených států amerických v mnohostranném obchodním systému a vývoj zahraničního obchodu v posledních letech. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na autonomní a smluvní nástroje obchodní politiky ovlivňující import, export a domácí výrobu. O obchodních dohodách uzavřených na mnohostranné, regionální a dvoustranné úrovni pojednává třetí kapitola.
