Health condition of of trees in natural monument Buky on Bouřňák
Wiedenová, Barbora ; Čížková, Dana (advisor) ; Vachová, Jana (referee)
In the thesis I focused on observing the occurrence of wood-decaying fungi on tree species in natural monument Buky na Bouřňáku. Two areas of 100 x 100 m were mapped, each contained hundred trees of various kind, mostly beech (Fagus sylvatica). The introduction summarizes information about the location and describes occurring pathogenic fungi and their expanding, biotic and abiotic damage and state of beech crowns. Observation was conducted from April to November, starting with the precise inventory of trees and their marking. Each subsequent month, I observed changes on specific tree species, recorded them and photgraphed detected fungal specimens. Individual species of wood-decaying fungi are described in my thesis. In the field, apart from fungi, I also observed the consequence of biotic factors that were evident on trunks, branches or assimilation organs. For individual species of beech, I recorded the condition of trees based on defoliation of the crown. The most frequently occurring wood-decaying fungi in the whole natural monument was Stereum rugosum. This fungi continues to spread and causes decline of several beech trees. Nevertheless I think the beech forest should be left to its spontaneous development, because it is a small protected area, more correctly natural monument.
Investigations of fungal pathogens of Douglas-fir on various provenance plots
Lísková, Aneta ; Pešková, Vítězslava (advisor) ; Vachová, Jana (referee)
The bachelor thesis evaluates the incidence of fungal pathogens due to various provenance of Pseudotsuga menziesii Mirbel, Franco. The research was conducted on the provenance area Jizbice - LS Vlašim. In this area, the presence of fungus of the genus Armillaria was evaluated. By using standard phytopathological methods, samples of needles and offshoots were taken, and the occurrence of the various needle blight species was investigated. In the field the preliminary determination and quantification of the occurrence of fungus pathogens infestation were implemented. Consequently, the microscope method was used for the fungal species spectrum completion and specification in the laboratory. The fungus Rhabdocline pseudotsugae was discovered. The fungus Rhizosphaera genus was discovered on some needles from the researched provenances. The occurrence of the Armillaria spp. was not confirmed. It was determined, that it highly depends on the provenance of the infested tree. The most resistant provenance was Nimkish (1025), located in the north part of the Vancouver island, British Columbia. The least resistant provenance, in terms of defoliation, was provenance Merritt (1028) from British Columbia. Correspondence analysis results showed that the provenance of 1010 and 1028 showed the highest number of individuals and can be expected to have better resistance to abiotic and biotic effects of harmful factors.

VÁCHOVÁ, Jana
The aim of my thesis was to find so many ways and methods as possible to bring nearer the textiles to pre-school children so that they will perceive its importace and variability for the human life. They got to know various techniques of its usage in creative activities and games. The practical part will explain the traditional production of tow on the basis of the fairy-tale {\clq}qHow the mole got the tights``. Further the textiles will be used in various creative activities of children. All the described activities are tested by the pre-school children and all instructions and methods will be attached. I belive that from that work will not benefit only me but many teachers from various kindergarten who are interested in creative textile activities as well.
Posttraumatic care system within the IRS.
VÁCHOVÁ, Jana
Posttraumatic care system within the IRS This bachelor thesis deals with the post-traumatic care system within the Integrated Rescue System. In the thesis introduction the contents of the thesis and the reason for the choice of the topic are outlined. Individual chapters introduce the Integrated Rescue System, the psychological service of the Fire and Rescue Service in the Czech Republic, with the psychological service of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Emergency Medical Service and the psychosocial component in the Army. The thesis is focused on how the post-traumatic intervention care is provided by individual components of the Integrated Rescue System. It deals with the establishment of this care system, an anonymous crisis hotline and explains the various stages of post-traumatic care in detail. The issues of trauma, stress reactions, posttraumatic stress disorder, crisis management and crisis intervention are addressed. The aim of this thesis is to briefly introduce the posttraumatic intervention care provided by individual components of the Integrated Rescue System. The main objective is to identify the management of posttraumatic stress care in individual components of the Integrated Rescue System, and to determine whether posttraumatic stress disorder incidence in members of the Fire and Rescue Service is higher than that of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the practical part of this thesis questionnaires made up and tailored to the topic were used. The research sample was composed of randomly selected members of the Fire and Rescue Service and members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The conclusion is devoted to discussion and analysis of the facts obtained.
