The goal of this diploma thesis is to on a practical example, with use of the quality system, describe the current state of input casting inspection in Tribotec Ltd. and output casting inspection of casting suppliers in this company and to suggest a new way of output casting inspection on Tribotec Ltd. with higher quality of spoilage rate survey of supplying casting already at the input inspection stage.

The used of magnetic microparticles for isolation and prove of probiotic bacterial DNA in meat

This thesis deals with the isolation of probiotic DNA from meat products and its assesment by PCR methods. In this thesis is developed homogenization of samples of sausages with kopist, preparation of sausage cells lysates and isolation of DNA by using of magnetic microparticles. The DNA was isolated from sausage lysates by using magnetic microparticles. Isolated DNA was further amplified in genus and spesies-specific PCR methods. In tested products was proven presence of DNA of domain Bacteria, type Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. In one product was proven presence of species Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium animalis.

The main aim of this bachelor’s paper is risk management in a building company. The theoretical part deals with various types of risks, including identification, analysis and planning. The practical part is focused on the risk situations in a particular building company. Subsequently, the building project shows the actual procedures and solutions to risk management together with preventive measures to eliminate risks.

Data Preprocessing

This thesis surveys on problems preprocessing data. Forepart deal with view and description characteristic tests for description attributes, methods for work with data and attributes. Second part work describes work with program Rapidminer. It pays pay attention to single functions preprocessing in this programme describes their function. Third part equate to results with using methods preprocessing and without using data preprocessing.

Interpretace hodnot krajiny

The interpretation is a current issue in the Czech Republic, thanks to the growing importance of tourism and announced and ongoing European subsidies concerning this issue. Furthermore, it also offers a wide variety of forms that are becoming very popular and desired among people nowadays which helps this field to develop. The diploma thesis on the topic of interpretation of the values of the landscape suggests various forms of interpretation of the area of Valašské Meziříčí and its surroundings that lead to maintaining and supporting the identified values of the landscape. The aim of this thesis can be divided into the realization of the assessment of the landscape on which the identification of the values of conflicts and issues of the area is based then, and the last part is the design of the adaptation of architecture and landscape according to these values. Furthermore, authors personal aim was to create a new way of interpretation. The author deals with the results in four stages a detailed summary of the area with a large number of his own analyses, a suggestion for the care of landscape regarding the sustainable development of the landscape, suggestions for the design of four chosen areas to improve the quality of public areas and a suggestion for the interpretation that would improve the attractiveness of the area and regional patriotism. The whole design works together harmoniously in order to interpret the area. The diploma thesis shows how proven and new ways can be used to interpret the landscape of the Czech Republic. The added value is also the possibility of using this work as a case study for the developing field of interpretation.
