Sanitation installation in historic building

This Master’s thesis deals with sanitation installation in historic building. The theoretical part of the topic analysis deals with the issue waste water discharge from the building and ground floor. Furthermore, the theoretical solutions are processed sanitation installation and variants of it. Preferable variant is finalized the details of the implementation of the project.

Presented work tries to reflect the structure of human world, which is able to create an overman as an artificial intelligence through its self-destructive tendency. It investigates the possibilities of our imagination and if we are able to think about artificial intelligence as a sui generis continuation of human species. Hand in hand it tries to create a tension between particular ethico-political decisions and subsequent binding structure, which they implies.

Conceptual design of a heat switch installation into a structure of satellite

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení přehledu konstrukcí a teplených cest kosmických lodí a kosmických vozidel, které se v současné době používají. Na základě specifických požadavků a standardů jsou vypracovány koncepční návrhy zástavby tepelného spínače do konstrukce družice. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou popsány určité členy, které se na vedení tepla podílí a jsou důležité pro navrhované koncepty z pohledu konstrukce. Diplomová práce popisuje postupy výpočtu tepelných vodivostí a rozložení působící tíhové síly do míst uchycení pro jednotlivé koncepty. Na závěr provádí hodnocení a výběr potenciálně nejvhodnějšího návrhu.

High-lift system of the competition model aircraft

This Bachelor thesis is focused on compiling a summary of lift mechanization, at both the leading and the trailing edges used on plane models and unmanned means of transport. It briefly explains their principles and functions. It describes the method of calculation of the flight mode design of the competing aircraft according to the specifications of the Air Cargo Challenge competition.

Medieval Mural Painting in the Doupov Region. Churches of st. Nicolas and st.Wolfgang in Doupov.

Středověká nástěnná malba na Doupovsku Abstract This thesis focuses on medieval mural paintings in the area of the Doupov Mountains on two examples, church of St. Nicholas in Nepomyšl and destroyed cemetery church of St. Wolfgang in Doupov. Description of both churches contains historical background of its origin and decoration, including donors. Other parts of thesis deal with present condition of paintings, iconographical and iconological analysis as well as inspiration and analogy. In both cases the largest part takes the Christological cycle in the naves. The medieval paintings from two periods were recently uncovered in the church of St. Nicholas in Nepomyšl. The older of them are dated to the second half of 14th century. Remains of them are in the presbytary of the church. The younger are from the beginning of 16th century. They are in the nave and they are influenced by Cranach's graphics of Passion Cycle. The church of St. Wolfgang in Doupov was built at the end of the 14th century; nevertheless the donor of the paintings was Jan Mašťovský of Kolovraty, who died ca. 1527. After the World War II the German inhabitants were moved away and the military area was founded here. The church was not maintained and perished through the time.
