The bachelor thesis "Construction of social service for multi-problem clients" deals with barriers in the use of social services by apparent homeless people, maps their needs and proposes a new low-threshold social service based on obtained data from a qualitative survey. The new social service presents models to overcome barriers, addresses the legislative framework of the service, and proposes a type of organization that could deliver the service. Significance of Philanthropy in community social work focusing on efficiency of performance Abstract (in English) The aim of this diploma thesis is the presentation of the subject of philanthropy in community social work. Special attention is however paid to the concept of effectivity of performance of social work. It is also endeavoured to delineate the concepts such as community social work, philathropy, quality of social services and measuring social impact. The main purpose of the research part of the thesis is exploration of the question whether there is a connection between effectivity of an organization and its success. In the commercial sector, success is perceived as long-term stability of the organization and its market prosperity. The aim of the research was to find out if this relationship holds true for non-profit sector or social services as well. The chosen strategy was qualitative research. The data collecting was conducted by means of individual semi-structured interviews. The main contribution of the thesis is the finding that the performance capacity of an organization is conditioned primarily by its staffing. More precisely, the more high-quality employes the organization has the higher performace it should achieve.
Using of coaching in social work.

(anglicky): The bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of coaching and its possibilities for using in social work. All the work is focused only on the micro level of social work, so it is working with methods of working with the individual. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which mainly defines concepts directly related to the topic. Then their similarity is compared in accordance with chapters before. The second part - the practical part - was go through with interviews with the coaching respondents, the social work respondents and the respondents, both of whom meet these themes. Respondents were asked questions in the wording that corresponds to their work, that questions for respondents in the field of coaches had a modified wording, so they would ask about the essence of working with the client in coaching. Similarly, for the respondents in the field of social work the wording of the questions was adapted. Based on the evaluation of these interviews, not only the similarity of the two areas was confirmed but also the conditions under which coaching in social work could be used. Diagnostics of movement predispositions in fitnness centre

Title: Diagnostics of movement predispositions in fitness Objectives: The objective of bachelor thesis is to summarize the findings of the initial diagnostics od movement predispositions in fitness and then serve as a resource for those interested in education in this field. The aim of the practical part of this work is to obtain information about the diagnostic methods used to assess physical assumptions in the fitness centers. Methods: In this thesis was used the method of analysis of scientific literature and interviews. Polling has been focused on personal fitness trainers and visitors of fitness center using the services of a personal trainer. Results: In this work it was found that the implementation of the diagnostics of movement predispositions in fitness is still not a normal part of fitness trainer's work and diagnostics is not made at the appropriate level. It was further verified that the diagnostics has a positive impact on the success of work with the client. Forms of Intersectoral Cooperation in Field of Primary Prevention in Kladno

The aim of this thesis is to show how the intersectoral cooperation between state and non- profit sectors works in city of Kladno and whether it is possible to apply theoretical knowledge on the area. The ability of cooperation of the subjects is demonstrated in field of primary prevention of minors. Theoretical part of the thesis speaks about terms of intersectoral cooperation and primary prevention and offers a summary of the most common relevant theories. Research part is represented by analysis of collected data (qualitative dialogues) and clarifying particular forms of cooperation. The method used for collecting data is interviewing for eight subjects of state- and six subjects of non-profit sector. Final analysis shows the situation of intersectoral cooperation in Kladno and describes important qualities of subjects, usual problems and potential challenges for future development.
The analysis of financial resources of preventive social services providers in Liberec region

This thesis aims to answer the question how preventive social service providers, operating in the Liberec region, use the potential of financial resources from private budgets. The reason for this is the non-conceptual system of multi-source financing of social services in the Czech republic and lack of financial resources for social services funding from public budgets. The work is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is a purely theoretical platform for the whole work. It defines the origin and role of social rights, the welfare state and the European Union in the social policy system of the Czech republic. It deals also with the social services system in the Czech Republic and their planning. The second chapter is devoted to analysis of possible funding sources for financing of social services.The third chapter focuses on stability of social service providers. The last chapter forms the practical part of the work and processes the research survey in given area.
Adaptation to homelessness

(in English): The content of the bachelor thesis is how the current homeless people have adapted to a homelesslife. In thetheoretical part the thesis deals with issues of homelessness in general, forms of homelessness, also the specifics of people without shelter, the adaptation proces for homelessness and organizations dealing with homelessness. The practical part of the thesis deals directly with the adaptive process of living without a home. This part of the thesis is realized by semi-structured interview with persons without shelter and case reports.

(in English) This Master's Thesis is interested in the support of adoptive families in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to define possibilities of this support and stress the need to help people in the process of arranging adoption in the 21st century. The thesis describes the possibilities of supporting adoptive families in the chosen regions of the Czech Republic. Suggestions of different ways of helping and supporting adoptive families from experts are researched. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter the term adopting is defined and different forms of this type of foster parenthood are introduced. This chapter also brings an overview of the historical development of adoption. The second chapter is interested in the specifics of adoption in the first 21st century, analyzes the needs of adopting families and stresses the importance of supporting the people involved in the different stages of the adoption process. The third chapter identifies the support of adopting families, and specifies the content, aims and the target group of the thesis. Barriers of multidisciplinary cooperation in residential facilities for the seniors. Retirement homes in Central Bohemian Region

This thesis deals with multidisciplinary cooperation in residential facilities for the elderly (so- called MTD). I'm going to focus on retirement houses. The theoretical part deals with old age, fundamental documents defining social rights and basic values in the care of the elderly. It also deals with cooperation team composition in retirement houses for the elderly, development phases, principles and barriers to the functioning of a multidisciplinary team. In the empirical part I deal with the description of the data collecting and analysing the results of questionnaire survey and interviews. The aim of my thesis is to find out with what barriers of multidisciplinary cooperation retirement houses deals with. In the practical part, I looked for obstacles affecting their functioning and also what would contribute to the creation of a team in a retirement house. Development of social work with clients in low-threshold facilities for childrem and youth in Prague

and keywords Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the development of social work with clients in low-threshold facilities for children and youth in Prague. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is describing low-thershold facilities for children and youth (further LFCY), streetwork social work with children and youth, the LFCY's target group from the perspective of developmental psychology and also describes work with the clients of LFCY. The practical part is dedicated to the preparation, planning, and implementation of research, analysis, interviews interpretation, the outcomes of research and discussion. The research survey is qualitatively oriented and focuses on identifying changes in social work in LFCY, the target group of LFCY, and seeks to reveal the further development of LFCY. Semistruktured interviews with LFCY social workers in Prague, were used for data collection. The aim of the research is to find out the changes and development of social work with LFCY's clients in Prague during the last five years.
