Microphone Cable Tester

This work deals with the design and development of a time domain reflectometry method based handheld tester for microphone cables. The main aim of the work is to adopt a suitable measuring method for locating faults in microphone cables, develop electrical design and realize its practical implementation. Next, firmware for the microcontroller unit is also created. The measurement is based on a time-to-digital converter integrated circuit used in Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) applications. First experimental results confirmed the functionality of the proposed concept.

This bachelor work deals with the electricial design and development of a handheld measuring device for microphone cables using time domain reflectometry method. The main aim of the work is to choose a suitable measuring method for locating faults on cables, develop electricial design and create its practical implementation. The build of firmware for the microcontroller unit is also the part of works. The measurement is based on a time-to-digital converter integrated circuit used in Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) applications. The designed device was completely implemented and tested by a set of practical measurements.
Kindergarten in Zubří

The final thesis „Kindergarten in Zubří“ is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. Kindergarten is designed for fifty children, part of the building is a large garden. It is a detached building with two floors. The surrounding terrain is slightly sloping. Kindergarten is located in a good walking distance from residential buildings in the town. The facility contains three class, the economic part, part of the leadership, part of the hobby activities, the public part. It is a masonry building based on the concrete strip foundations.

In the diploma thesis, I will compound an advertising portfolio for a medium-sized company. This set of materials will be made in a practical implementation and published in supplements of my thesis. All creative and professional work will considerably be liable to requirements of a customer and partly to his taste as well. In acomplishing of the work I will take account of the functional, rather than the artistic aspect of the work, because all the advertising materials are strictly functional. My thesis, especilly the theoretical part, concerns the functional and artistic analysis of methods of work. I will also try to see the issue from the view of the advertising marketing and to weigh up the financial demands of the individual projects. I will also describe (rather than the theoretical principals of the work) my authentic ways of work and reflections in relation to inviolability of my own {\clqq}know-how`` and {\clqq}know-how`` of the particular company. I would also like to mention complications and problems which appeared during the practical aplicaton of the work.
