The bachelor's thesis deals with turning tools and compares domestic and foreign companies' products. The turning is generally described with basic formulas in the first part of the thesis. The second part is aimed on tools, categories of tools and materials which they are made of. In conclusion, there is comparsion of several tools from domestic and foreign producers.

Production of components 'COVER'

The theory of plastic injection molding technology together with procedure of designing injection molds is elaborated in this master thesis. Also, the technology of production is designed, derived from assigned component „cover“ analysis affirmed by necessary calculations. On the bases of these calculations, injection machine fitting requirements is chosen. Then injection mold is designed for the assigned component. Simulation of injection is performed for this mold using Autodesk Inventor 2011 and its module Moldflow and then results are thoroughly analyzed. Economical evaluation for this component is then executed towards the end of the thesis.

The Assessment of FORTEX - AGS, a.s. - According to Yield Methods

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the value of the firm FORTEX – AGS, a.s. by using the yield valuation methods. The theoretical part defines a firm and its value, the reasons for valuation, it presents a list of particular methods used for valuation and specifies the procedure of a firm valuation. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the above mentioned firm, provides with the results of the strategic and financial analysis, and presents a proposal of a strategic financial plan and the valuation of that firm.

This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of financing of a selected company. In the theoretical part I deal with the possibilities of financing business activities as well as concepts from financial analysis. In the practical part I apply acquired theoretical knowledge to perform a financial analysis in a selected company. The last part compares the financing options of selected business activities, that lead to finding the optimal financing solution.
