Sales Promotion and Advertising of a Specific Retail Unit

This bachelor thesis focuses on sales promotion and advertising of a specific retail unit, namely the food store "Potraviny na radnici" in Újezd u Brna. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing, more specifically marketing mix, marketing communication mix, marketing environment, sales promotion and advertising. The analytical part is devoted to a look at the current state of the selected retail unit, which the author of the thesis and its surroundings analyses in detail, as it has personal experience as a former customer and current salesperson. The aim of the thesis is to identify opportunities to improve the sales and marketing strategy of this particular store and to propose appropriate solutions. The output of the bachelor thesis are relevant recommendations to achieve the stated goal.
Various approaches to education in adolescence

The bachelor thesis deals with the difference attitude to the parenting of teen-age students. The aim of the thesis is to find out differences in attitude to parental education of teen-age students during theirs growing up. The theoretical part defines basic terms like family and education. This part includes historical development of the parenting, dividing families by functionality and types of problem-burdened families. It focuses on the parenting styles of education. It also deals with emancipation from the family and current view of education. The empirical part is to find out the surveyed students' attitudes to the education. There will be presented results of a quantitative questionnaire survey which was conducted by using questionnaires submitted to pupils from grammar school in Prague. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This master’s thesis is focused on the concept of the assessment centre method relevant for the positions of the guide, the expert salesman and the information centre employee, which are staffed in MOSER, a.s. company. The attention is located on the determination of the terms, the estimation of the specific positions through the project. The main aim was given on the realization of the assessment centre and especially to the proposals related to its implementation.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the company marketing strategy, its marketing activities on the internet, evaluation and to create a list of opportunities, suggestions and recommendation. The theoretical part is dedicated to general meaning of marketing and other specifications of the classical and internet marketing. Practical part deals with corporate environment, including market and competition analyses. The thesis contexts also analysis of marketing communication, SWOT analysis and analysis of database of TheRooms clients. The contribution of the thesis lies in the complex view on the company, its marketing communication and whole market of escape games, which allows to create a comprehensive opinion about the current position and future develop of the company and this sector.

The theses disserts about communication strategy of corporation STUDENT AGENCY. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the company marketing strategy, its marketing activities on the internet, evaluation and to create a list of suggestions and recommendation. The theoretical part is dedicated to general meaning of web entrepreneurship and other specifications of the classical and internet marketing. Practical part deals with the corporate environment, including market and competition analyses. The thesis gives also brief information about other activities of STUDENT AGENCY which involve tourism as well. Basic tools of the company communication mix, as well as its deficiencies, are mentioned in the thesis. The contribution of the thesis lies in the complex view on the company and its marketing communication, which allows to create a comprehensive opinion about the current position and future development of the company.
Assembling of request for financial support from operating program human resources and employment rate according to success of the former students at the job market in a period 2009 - 2010 who passed retraining program

The aims of my thesis was compiling a draft request for financial support from the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and compile it in accordance with the strategic materials, key economic and social characteristics contained in the OP HRE. The purpose was to incorporate graduates? experience from retraining courses, depending on the need to strengthen the integration of people at risk of social exclusion or socially excluded. The focus of the program is aimed at the priority axis "Active labor market policies" and "Social integration and equal opportunity." The content of individual activities is to increase competence in business, accounting, tax, and total financial and computer literacy, to improve opportunities in the labor market. The base of the request for financial support was drawing up the cost proposal for the training center project.
Support of theatres in the capital city of Prague

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is specific in many respects. Concerning cultural life, the characteristic features are to be found primarily in the way cultural activities are supported and publically financed. So called "transformation" of Prague theaters suggests that "The Grant System of the City of Prague" is closely linked with the ownership structure of theaters. The particular way the theaters, i.e. providers of the public service, are supported changes the way individual theater are run. The goal of the Master Thesis is to assess financial support of theaters in the City of Prague with respect to different ownership structures and to point out to potential links between the actual support of culture and the current priorities in this area in the City of Prague as well as in the Czech Republic as a whole. The starting point is with the description of the current governance of the Prague's cultural life, its organization and linkages. A particular attention is paid to the comparison of various ownership structures in the sphere of culture and to the Grant System of the City of Prague. A separate chapter is devoted to the overview of requirements and rules for the provision of public financial support with selected theaters. Consequently, the present-day system of governance and support of cultural activities in Prague is evaluated together with selected ownership structures of theaters.
Hospodářský a sociální vývoj Československa v padesátých letech 20. století ve spojení s tzv. novou ekonomickou soustavou

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pokusu o řešení hospodářské situace od první poloviny padesátých do začátku šedesátých let 20. století. Pozornost je věnována problémům fungování prvního pětiletého plánu a hlavní důraz je kladen na snahy o první pokus o hospodářskou transformaci, tzv. ?Rozsypalovu reformu?. Práce se zaměřuje na příčiny, vývoj a důsledky reformy v průběhu druhého a třetího pětiletého plánu. Je zde diskutován vývoj událostí v Československu a jeho vliv na oblasti společenského života, na oficiální ekonomickou teorii a její kritiku, mocensko-politické poměry.
