Classification of board defects in semiconductor manufacturing
Jašek, Filip ; Vágner, Martin (referee) ; Dřínovský, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on detecting defects in semiconductor wafer manufacturing. It explores methods for identifying faulty chips and controlling yield during production. To classify defects machine learning techniques are used. Initially, ResNet18 architecture was used for inference, but low accuracy was attributed to limited input data. Transfer learning with ResNet50v2 was then attempted, resulting in improved metric with different dataset. Hyperparameter tuning and data augmentations were also explored. The study found that autoencoders for data compression during inference increased speed but led to degraded evaluation metrics.

Jak se mění kvalita vody na odtoku z rybníků při jejich výlovu
VÁGNER, Martin
The goal of this diploma thesis was to characterise the change of pond effluent quality during fish harvesting period. The change of water quality variables were measured and the pond draining stage at which fish harvesting activities affect most the quality of pond effluent was identified. Results and observations should help with the development of technology for retaining the sediment and nutrients discharged from ponds during fish harvest. The monitoring of pond effluent quality was carried out in twelve ponds managed by Krajské školní hospodářství České Budějovice in South Bohemian region. At different fish harvest phases, water temperature, concentration of dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity and pH were measured in situ with a multiparametric probe YSI EXO 2. At the same time, water samples were also taken to quantify the concentration of suspended solids (SS), total phosphorus (TP), particulate and dissolved phosphorus (PP, DP) and total nitrogen (TN). Water samples were processed in the laboratories of the state enterprise Povodí Vltavy in České Budějovice. Our results confirmed that draining and fish harvest have significant influence on the quality of both the pond effluents and probably on the water bodies located downstream of the ponds. The largest changes of monitored parameters were caused by the time of active movement of fish and people in fish harvesting area. The active movements include setting the tanks for fish sorting, fish scaring, and seining. The highest concentrations of suspended solids, total phosphorus and total nitrogen were detected at the stage of catching fish with hand nets and surface outflow after the end of fish harvest. The changes of values during the fish harvest were considerable (% higher than pond water) and was fast. Therefore, best management practices aiming at reducing the concentration of SS, TP and TN may be implemented starting from the stage of fish netting until the closure of the pond outlet. Dissolved phosphorus has been identified as the key parameter causing eutrophication. The results of our study revealed that fish harvest is not so important problem from this point of view. During fish harvests obviously dominated particulated phosphorus which part was in average more than 99 %. The quality of effluent discharged during fish harvest was mainly influenced by the biomass and type of fish. Weather, water level regulation and type of outlet device influenced the effluent quality as well but at a lesser extent.

Lenka Dvořáková SUI'^,ÍARYoF TřE PH.D. TFDSIS 4. CONCLUSIONS Ancestral HyPRP evolved probably from a lipid transfer protein (LTP) relative that had acquired a sequence encoding a long proline-rich N-terminal domain. The origin of HyPRPs may be one of the evolutionary innovationsof seedplants. Specific sequence is not probably important for formation of the functional 8 CM domain of HyPRPs with exception of eight conserved cysteine residues.which stabilize the tertiary structureof the domain. HyPRPs with long proline-rich N-terminal domains are relatively well-conserved and probably evolutionary more original. Proteins with aýpical N-terminal domains (very short. glycine-rich) evolved apparently relatively recently and independentlyin differentplant speciespossibly by means of shortening, loss or re€uTangements of the ancestral longer proline-rich domains. Glycine-rich domains could originate from proline-rich ones by way of inversion in the coding sequence. This mechanismcould have greatimpact in evolution of cell wall proteins in general, becausethey are often rich eitherin prolineor glycine. N-terminal domains of angiosperm C-type HyPRPs remained relatively well conserved (long and hydrophobic), while the rest of angiosperm HyPRPs has been undergoing rapid and continuous diversification. However, in the...

5. CONCLUSIONS . The development of somatic embryos on maturation meďum can be divided at anatomical level into fow developmental stages, differing in the inner struďure: stage of early somatic embryo, cylindricď stage, precotyledonary stageand cotyledonary stage. o The prolonged cultivation of coýledonary errrbryos on maturation medium leads to disintegration of the root cap, connected with starch and phenolic cornpormdsdeposition. o The time course of disctete developmental stagesis affected by PEG 4000; use of 3,75 % PBG speeds up the process of maturation by tvro weeks. Increased level of PEG (7,5%o)leads to the formation of nrpturesin ernbryohypocotyls. The content of non-structural saccharides increases during the cultivation of embryogenic culture on maturation medium due to increasing level of sucrose in developing embryos. The content of hexoses in embryos is low. The addition of 3,75 % PEG 4000 into maturation medium increases the sucrose to hexoses ratio in somatic embryos, the total amotmt of saccharides slightly decreases.7,5 %PEG leadsto hexosesaccumulationin embryos. Insertion of pre-maturation phase (without growth regulators) between proliferation and maturation increases total amount of developed embryos in a majority lines tested. cultivation of embryogenic cultues of rafts with...

Effect of different descaling/skin removing methods on sensory properties and shelf life of common carp
VÁGNER, Martin
The present bachelor thesis studied microbiological quality, sensory attributes and customer preferences of common carp filet (Cyprinus carpio) descaled by different methods under two storage conditions. Fillets were processed by four descaling methods, namely: without skin, without scales, undercut scales and fillets of mirror carp (with skin). Moreover two types of storage conditions, air packed and vacuum packaged, were tested at 3.8 +- 0.5 ° C. Microbiological analyses were determined by total viable counts in logarithm of colony-forming units per gram (log CFU.g) on storage days 0, 3, 6 and 9. Furthermore, sensory analyses of fillets was classified and customer preferences were evaluated by using an anonymous questionnaire. In microbiological analyses, an increase of the total number of microorganisms with increasing storage time was observed. Microbial communities grew to between 2.3 - 2.69 log CFU.g-1 on the first day of fish processing (day 0) and 6.35 - 8.28 log CFU.g-1 on the last day of storage (day 9). Microbiological analysis showed that skinless fillets reached the lowest total number of microorganisms, regardless the type of packaging (air / vacuum packaged). Also sensory analyses showed that consistency and odour of carp fillets were influenced by packaging conditions as well as descaling methods. The best results in sensory evaluation achieved fillets without skin and undercut scales. The survey on consumer preferences of carp found out that 58.9 % of customers preferred scaly carp with undercut scales and processed to fillets. The results of present study show that different types of descaling methods combined with air / vacuum packaging can significantly prolong the shelf life of carp fillets.
Analysis of dynamic parameters of laser vibrometers
Pavloň, Martin ; Vágner, Martin (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the theoretical description of interference methods used to measure vibrations, examines main parasitic effects and analyses its contribution to achievable the resolution. In the practical part, it uses several measurements to verify the effects of the level of reflected beam, stand-off distance and speckle noise. It also proposes a practical experiment for measuring dynamic parameters and signal-noise ratio. Results show that, the noise is exponentially dependent on the level of the reflected beam. The visible maximum of the vibrometer proved to be critical in terms of time stability of the measured signal level in two of the three measurements. Results of the dynamic measurement show that, the measured deviations were not degraded or significantly disturbed by the noise signal. From the measurement of the speckle noise, it emerged that the lowest level of noise is achieved with smooth and highly reflective materials.
