Superior detached house

This thesis deals with the design documentation of superior house for family of three in the village Srdov. It is a single storey building with basement shape of a regular block. The house is located on the outskirt of the village in a slightly sloping terrain. Emphasis was placed on a functional interior layout, comfortable living and efficient energy. Although the house defies the tradition of local architecture, has a great link to the local landscape. In order to distort it as little as possible, trying to blend in with landscape and be the inconspicuous.
Detached house with a patisserie

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the house with a patisserie located in Litomyšl. It is a two storey detached building. The building has a rugged floor plan consists of three rectangles, which are irregularly superimposed over each other. The building is covered gable roof over the living area and two flat roofs over the operation of pastry shops and garages. On the first floor is composed of operation patisserie shop with seating (including a separate barrier-free WC for women and men), kitchen, warehouse and production facilities for employees (WC, shower and dressing room). In another wing of the building adjacent to the ice cream parlor are located residential portion of the house (kitchen, living room and office) with a technical background (utility room and WC) and a corridor from which enters via a staircase to the second storey. In this part of the building is a hall with study, living rooms (two children's rooms and bedroom), room of homework and bathroom. In the last wing is a double garage, which follows the house through a vestibule. The shop is part of the operation pergola covered terrace and parking areas. The work includes text messages, drawings for building construction, fire safety design, construction and physical assessment of building structures and seminar work of wooden facade cladding.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility. Guest house kapacity is 45 beds and 52 seated restaurant.The object is designed as a fourfloor with a partial basement. Basement floor will consist of storage, utility room. In the first floor is located main entrance, reception desk and restaurant with facilities. In the sekond and thirt floor are rooms for guests. On second floor has been situated room for invalids also. The building is walled with saddle roof.
Detached house on a slope

The thesis deals with the design of the detached house as the design documentation for the construction. The building plot is located in Chrudim and it is steeply sloping over the Chrudimka river. Despite the height difference on the plot, the aim of the design was to maximize connection between the interior and the garden and at the same time place the office, garage and sauna inside. The house is three-storey building, where northern and eastern walls of two of these storeys are below ground level in order to take advantage of earth-sheltered houses. The entrace floor (ground floor) is covered with mono-pitched roof. The substructure is made of waterproof reinforced concrete with the vertical walls mostly made of the sand-lime blocks. The floor slabs are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The design documentation includes assessment in terms of fire safety and building physics.
Detached house with a café

The bachelor´s work concerns a new building of double floored slab detached house with a café. The object is designed in the community of Hradec Králové. Ground plan of object is constituted by two mutually moved rectangles. Café is situated in a single floored part of object, oriented to the east. Parking spaces are designed at the entry to café. Housing unit is situated in a double floored part of object, oriented to the west. The object is roofed by arched roof with inclination 2-18 %. Facade of café is covered by stone facing, there are plasters on other facades.
Detached house with a car repair shop

The bachelor thesis deals with design house with a car repair shop and elaboration of design documentation of the building. It is a slab-brick building, which is divided into a two- story living area and single storey part of the car repair shop. The building will be covered with flat and gablet roof. The main text contains the message type A, B, D. The content is guided by Annex 6 of Decree No. 62/2013. Attachments are inserted into the preparatory work, the drawings and calculations. Annex consists of 7 components.
Multifunctional building

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation of a new-build mixed-use building in Moravske Budejovice, in the cadastral area of Moravske Budejovice. The mixed-use building comprises a partial cellar and three floors above the ground. In the cellar, technical facilities and storage space for the residental part of the building can be found. The ground floor and the part of the first floor are designed for commercial premises, a hairdresser's, a florist's, a bookshop and a café. Residental unit consisting of three flats is located on the first and second floor. the building is made from 300 mm thick ceramic construction blocks with the external thermal insulation system. Ceiling construction is made of 250 mm thick concrete monolithic panels. Furthermore, the documentation deals with potable water, electric power and gas couplers, sewerage system, rainwater sewer and paved surface for pedestrians and motor vehicles. The thesis is elaborated as documentation for the building execution.

An intention of this thesis is to create a project documentation of commercial building. This house is situated at the edge of Brno. Ground plan of this three-floored partly basement house is designed as broken shape. Roof of this building is designed as flat. This building is used as a company headquarters and a stock.
High standard detached house

The theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is the design and production of the project documentation of a high standard detached house in Ostrava – Hrabová. The object is composed of two above-ground floors with partial basement. The House has three parts, the social zone which is situated in the firts floor and partially in the basement, the private zone, situated in the second floor, and the garage. The two car garage is a part of new building. The house will serve as a family house for the family of four. The construction system is formed from a ceramic walling, the ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. There are two flat roofs in the project, the green roof and combined one. The facade is designed as ventilated. The object is situated in a gently sloping plot.
The Social House

The diploma thesis focuses on project of new building of social house in Mutěnice in Hodonín district in South Moravian region. The project is in accordance with official assignment and with contemporary Czech standards and legislation. The building is placed in inner part of the town close to the town centre. It’s designed on an empty plot owned by town. Object should serve to the town citizens as cultural and social meeting point. The building plan is irregullarly-shaped with maximum dimensions 29,5 X 52,0 m and has two floors. Inside the social house there is a dance hall, restastaurant with kitchen and rooms for cultural and social activities of citizens of Mutěnice. Structural system can be divided into two parts. The part of the building with dance hall consists of feinforced concrete frames combined with infill masonry walls. The other part with restaurant and other rooms is made of masonry walls. The foundations of the building are made of concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete square footings with grade beams. Bearing walls are made of sand-lime blocks KM Beta. Ceilings are made of prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. Partition walls consist of plasterboard panels. The building is roofed by flat extensive green roof. All external walls are insulated with mineral wool. Doors and windows have wooden frames and triple glazing. As result there’s structurally, operationally and aesthetically functional complex, that will be benefit for the town and its citizens, especially for their cultural and social life.
