Preparation and metabolism of tyrosine kinase inhibitors in nanotransporters
Urbanová, Tereza ; Indra, Radek (advisor) ; Bělonožníková, Kateřina (referee)
Cancer is currently one of the major diseases of civilization, so it is no wonder that in recent decades its research has been a priority for many laboratories. The problem of conventional treatment of oncological diseases, which dates to the beginning of the 1940s, is that it is non-specific to tumor cells and with that is connected a number of side effects. In recent years a new approach to the treatment of this serious disease has emerged that uses various nanotransporters (liposomes, proteins, but also inorganic carbon nanotubes), which can encapsulate cytostatics and release it in a targeted manner around the tumor, thus minimizing the side effects. In this diploma thesis the encapsulation of three cytostatics (lenvatinib, adavosertib and sunitinib) into apoferritin was studied. Furthermore, the effect of the cavity of apoferritin on the biotransformation of encapsulated sunitinib; free and bound sunitinib biotransformation by liposome - bound biotransformation enzymes and last but not least, the release kinetics of sunitinib from the apoferritin central cavity were analysed. Lenvatinib has not been shown to be a suitable cytostatic for encapsulation into the central cavity of apoferritin due to its low solubility and negative charge at basic pH. Adavosertib and sunitinib appear to be more suitable...
Inheritance contract and donation mortis causa as a manifestation of autonomy of will of testator (donor)
Urbanová, Tereza ; Dvořák, Jan (advisor) ; Thöndel, Alexandr (referee)
Inheritance contract and donation mortis causa as a manifestation of autonomy of will of testator (donor) Abstract This rigorous thesis is focused on two institutes, namely the inheritance contract and donation mortis causa from the perspective of a testator's or donor's will. Autonomy of will of a testator is one of the main principles of Czech private law. Goal of this thesis is to found out where there are restrictions for the testator (donor) and if there is enough possibility to fulfil free will in these instruments. Thesis follow the research of possibility to choose contractual party, limitation of the asset that can be included and limitation of disposal with the asset after conclusion of the contract. The aim of this work is to determine whether the current legislation enshrining the contract of inheritance and donation in case of death provides the testator (donor) with sufficient legal certainty, especially with regard to the fact that the legal effects of these legal acts are linked to the death of the testator (donor). This thesis provides introduction to the autonomy of will principle. Further chapters are focused on explanation of notions stated above. Firstly, inheritance contract and -subsequently donation mortis causa. Because of the fact that institutes state above are old-new institutes...
Nanoparticle forms of anticancer drugs and the mechanisms influencing their efficiency
Urbanová, Tereza ; Stiborová, Marie (advisor) ; Hýsková, Veronika (referee)
Currently, cancer is one of the major diseases of civilization. The disadvantage of conventional chemotherapy, which began in the 1940s, is its non-specific effect, so the cytostatics are toxic to healthy cells. However, if the cytostatic is inserted into a nanotransporter, it increases its specific efficacy and reduces the negative side effects. One of the possible nanotransporters is protein called apoferritin (a protein component of ferritin, an iron-carrying protein) that contains light and heavy subunits differing in their function in iron uptake. In this bachelor thesis, the ability of apoferritin to encapsulate two cytostatics (ellipticine and doxorubicin), depending on its origin and the proportion of light and heavy apoferritin subunits, was studied.
Analysis of Informal Social Relationships in Workplace Learning Process
Urbanová, Tereza ; Kopecký, Martin (advisor) ; Baumgartner, František (referee)
Modern approach to process of workplace learning is called The workplace learning concept. It is defined as an interaction between person and his/her workplace. This approach redefines conservative classification of profession education and brings new insight on the process of permanent learning inside company in defined workplace boundaries. Primary objective of this diploma thesis is to verify dependencies between informal employee's relationships on a workplace and process of their learning. Informal relationships analysis is done via sociometric questionnaire and qualitative interviews with chosen employees who represents each hierarchy levels inside organization. Empiric evaluation was executed in three different industrial oriented Moravian companies in three administrative regions of Czech Republic: South Moravian Region, Zlin Region and Moravian−Silesian Region.

Key words: social support, faith, belief, pozitiv psychology, hierarchy of needs, nursing, patient Nursing understand human being like holistic object and try to do not forget any human needs according Maslow hierarchy of needs. The goal of bachelor thesis is to analyze to faith like social support. Theory part of the thesis discuss social support and faith. I try to explain these two problems and their connection with positive psychology and so one. In part of research I choose a research of kvality by nostandart interview and I spoke with five patients from Charity home care in Pardubice. I asked them about social support from their family and friends and how importent is faith in crisis connection with their chronical dissease for them.
Tax policy and housing construction
Urbanová, Tereza ; Sedmihradská, Lucie (advisor) ; Brabcová, Pavlína (referee)
The availability and quality of housing is very closely related to the development in the building industry and to the economic opportunities in the given state. This thesis deals with the relationship between tax policy and new housing construction. Taking influence on the building industry through tax policies - that is to say, through indirect instruments - is particularly advantageous thanks to the low administrative overhead, as no further redistribution from public budgets is necessary. Hiding behind this advantage, though, are a number of difficult-to-estimate quantifications in the form of tax allowances or, conversely, of the amount of the tax burden. Indirect instruments can influence residential development activities in both positive and negative ways, and this thesis addresses both. Aside from tax instruments, the state may support new housing construction through direct instruments, a term which covers various forms of loans at preferential terms, grants and subsidies. The aim of this thesis is to test the hypothesis about the effectiveness of housing policy in terms of housing construction through direct and indirect instruments.
