Prediction of bankruptcy by bankruptcy models before the subsequent entry into insolvency in a selected group of related entities
ULRYCHOVÁ, Michaela
This diploma thesis deals with insolvency and prediction of bankruptcy in selected groups of related companies. The main goal is to predict the bankruptcy of individual companies in a group of related companies using selected bankruptcy models. These were used for two groups, one in the field of construction and the other in craft services. A partial goal is to evaluate the financial health of individual companies in the group by using ratios and their subsequent comparison with the results of bankruptcy models. Subsequently, the registered receivables of individual companies in insolvency proceedings will be analysed and the actual date of real company's bankruptcy will be determined. Finally, all results will be summarized, the reliability of individual models and recommendations for each company will be determined. Data for all analysis will be drawn from the financial statements and annual reports of individual companies, as well as from the Commercial and Insolvency Register.

Ulrychová, Michaela ; Vondrová, Naďa (advisor) ; Coufalová, Jana (referee) ; Hejný, Milan (referee)
The thesis deals with the process of construction of mathematical knowledge of an individual and a group of pupils. At the outset, some concepts are discussed which belong to the theoretical background of our research (knowledge construction process and its mechanism, typology of mathematical knowledge, character of a mathematical structure, constructivist approaches to the teaching of mathematics, creative teaching, action research). Some results of selected local and foreign research focusing on constructivist approaches and action research in mathematics education are given. The methodology mainly consists of teaching experiments which can, to a certain extent, be seen as cycles of cooperative action research. The target group consists of pupils of lower secondary grammar school. The data gathered through traditional methods of qualitative research (participation observation, audio and videorecordings, pupils' artefacts, notes of an external observer, etc.) were analysed using the techniques of grounded theory. The research has generated results of three types: (1) The categories of individual and group constructions in mathematics have been described in depth including their dimensions (the measures of the teacher's influence on the construction, of the pupils' cooperation, of pupils' formal acceptance...

Ulrychová, Michaela ; Pečenková, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Švarcová, Eva (referee) ; Kutnohorská, Jana (referee)
A violance in medical departments and ways to solve the problem Key words: physical force, verbal assault, aggression, patient, health workers, factors contributing to the violance at the workplace, measures to reduce the violance at the workplace. We have been meeting the term violance more frequently during the last few years. There is no doubt that violance at the medical departments is a very serious problem with a possible health and, moreover, social and economic sequels. I focused on the problem of violance in the theoretical part of my work ( especially on types and possible risk factors of an aggressive behavior, possible attitudes to the aggressor, immediate reactions and cosequences of violance to the victim ). Empirical research is based on analysis of the daily press articles informing about attacked health workers and on mapping of violance in the departments of the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady. The results of investigation show not only the departments with a higher risk of the encountered violance, but also the type of aggressor and victim. The conclusion of empirical investigation is paid to the safety measures, which lead to the reducing of the violance rate at the departments of Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady.
