Modelling and Management of Project Portfolio
Skalníková, Zuzana ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Květoňová, Šárka (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to modeling and management of project portfolio. In the first part, project is specified, along with methods for its managing. Next part describes the project portfolio, its managing and aspects that affect it. Thesis continues with analysis and design of software prototype capable of managing project portfolios. Most suitable methods are selected for project analysis. Designed prototype is then implemented and solution is described in the thesis. Last part of the work is user testing, which pointed out the functionality and usability of created prototype.

Tool for Automatic Testing of Products SITOP PSU8600 and SITOP UPS1600
Slováček, Jan ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with analysis, design and implementation of an automated test system. The testing is targeted on devices that support industrial communication standard Profinet. The system contains environment for simulation of industrial network traffic and tool that serves to test of Profinet application. Tested products are SITOP PSU8600 and SITOP UPS1600. The reader is introduced to basics of software testing and Profinet technology. The knowledge gathered is used in design and implementation of the system. The main goal of thesis is to make testing of the mentioned devices easier and faster.

Tools for Environment for the Simulation of Communication
Mikuš, Peter ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
Communication between devices should be based on predefined rules. These rules are called communication protocols. In this master thesis I am concerned with communication protocols, specially security protocols. Their design demand specialized tools, that will provide interactive simulations and security testing. I have described each of these tools in detail and mentioned about their properties, their pros and cons. In available tools I have implemented security protocols. The result is set of demonstration tasks that are usable in network courses at FIT VUT

Modular CMS System for Web Management
Dušek, David ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Trchalík, Roman (advisor)
The content of this thesis is the design and implementation of system for managing website. At first we define term content management system and existing open-source systems of this type are discussed. Then we determinate the requirements for the designed system, including an application that enables centralized management of updates, operating on different domains. In the next part we design architecture of system and implement it with using Nette framework and database layer Doctrine.

Implement Security Service for Preventing Internet Attacks
Fajkus, Karel ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The main purpose of this work is to design and implement a system, that would allow to ban users based on their actions. Currently, cyber attacks have become very common, which leads to a necessity to develop great application and system protections. This project offers a solution, that could decrease a number of cyber attacks, and also prevent banning common users because of the same public IP address as attacker.
