Apartment building in Znojmo

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of the construction of an apartment building in Znojmo. The designed building is three-storey with partial basement. It has approximately rectangular floor plan of 40 x 12.5 m. The structural system of the building is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete in the permanent thermal insulation formwork Velox. The last floor is covered with a flat roof. The structure offers 12 dwellings. There is also a parking lot and large garden that belong to the flat owners.

Conditional sentence of imprisonment

The rigorous thesis is focused on the analysis of the subject of conditional sentencing legislation, which represents the pillar of punishing offenders. Conditional sentencing is the most used punishment to date. It is indisputable that conditional sentencing will continue to be used in years to come. The aim of this rigorous thesis is to evaluate effective legal regulation, which also significantly evolves in the time of writing of the thesis. The amendment declares the irreplaceable role of this punishment, although the basis of the conditional sentence is unchangeable. Another aim is connection of theory and practice and to detect difficulties of legal regulation. In the introduction, the author deals with the evolution of conditional sentencing, but the main components are within chapters three and four which are dedicated to conditional sentencing and conditional sentencing with supervision. In these chapters, the author pulls examples from her experience from practice within the system, to demonstrate the faults within the legal regulation. For example, the question of summoning the convicted person to a public hearing, the delivery of ruling, the perception of a proper life, the probation period, the running of a probationary period during the imprisonment and the frequency of consultations...

Office building, Moravská Nová Ves

The aim of this Master’s project is to develop a design documentation for the building permission of a two-storey office building located in Moravská Nová Ves. On the ground floor there are four offices or shops for rent. The first floor is reserved for a café or a bistro. There is also a part of the building which is used as a utility room. The first part of this project is the structural and architectural design of the building. The structural system is the combination of the RC frame and steel frame with steel roof structure. The facade system was designed as a semi structural mullion/transom curtain wall. A part of the ground floor is roofed by a walkable flat roof and semi-intensive green roof. The main roof is pitched roof with an insulation over rafters. The second part of my master thesis is dedicated to building services design. The building is heated by a heat pump and the system of warm water floor heating. There were also used smart led lightening, photovoltaics and rainwater treatment. In the last part, I did research in green walls, and I have made an evaluation how do they effect interior clime and which other benefits do they bring.

Restrictions of the land ownership

This diploma thesis is focused on the legal regulation of individual institutes which mean the restriction of disposal of subject of the right of ownership. For the purpose of this diploma thesis the subject of the right of ownership means the land, respectively the plot within the intention of the Act No. 256/2013 Coll. on Land Register. The plot is an individualized part of earth surface which is determined by a boundary. In accordance with the above it is presumed that where the author uses "land", she means the plot. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the detailed analysis of individual legal regulations which manage restrictions of plot ownership. It is clear that the topic of the diploma thesis is quite comprehensive, so the author has decided to present the basic concepts at first. The basic concepts are a land, real estate, plot and parcel and right of ownership. The author has build on the part of right of ownership the chapter two, which is about the restrictions of right of ownership that are laid down in the constitutional order and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Subject of diploma thesis is assessed the of division Automotive of company Draka Kabely, s.r.o. The valuation was done for determination of valued company for management and for owners of the company. This thesis consists of two parts. Theoretical part pays attention to some basic aspects of my task, such as a methods used for valuation and procedures in valuation. In the pratical part was set the valuation of division Automotive with using two yield methods, namely discounted cash flow DCF and economic value added EVA. The value of the division was calculated to 1. 1. 2009.
