Legal and illegal methods of competition in internet trading

This thesis deals with issues of internet trading in terms of legal and illegal methods of competition. The first three chapters are dedicated to the theoretical part of online shopping, to the ways of establishing an online store and to legal ways of promoting these stores on the internet - online advertising. The second part describes methods of unfair competition and the typology of stores that are most vulnerable to these methods.The final chapter then analyzes the means by which it is possible to prevent these unfair methods, both from the perspective of online store operators and their customers.
The project of the e-shop development

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an e-shop development. The e shop foundation is described in the first part. There are discussed legal matters, websites, and the relationship with customers according to the law, distribution of goods and the payment options. In the next part there are described the ways of promotion on the internet. The third part deals with the project of the development of the e shop There are described the steps which led to its development and also the ways of its promotion. The goal of this thesis is to sum up the steps which lead to the e shop development and to formulate the instructions how to do it.
The Internet as a tool of communication and business promotion

The paper deals with the Internet as a tool of business promotion and marketing communication. It contains a general definition of marketing communication, integrated communication and online communication. The paper partly deals with importance of the Internet, and its future as well. It provides an outline for the current use of the Internet as a medium for company's online presentation. The paper is in detail focusing on efficient design of websites, graphic and context advertising, advertising through social networks and online PR. The practical part includes the description of Internet utilization for marketing communication and promotion in the company Clever Decision. The aim of the paper is to assess the Internet as a medium which is nowadays becoming more and more favoured. The benefit of the paper is to make recommendations for the company, which should improve its online presentation and raise effectiveness of its marketing activities.

Development of Electronic Commerce in Transport

The aim of my work is to present an overview of services traded on the internet in transport in the Czech Republic and their subsequent comparison with other countries. I have focused primarily on the development of electronic commerce in passenger transport, where the main providers of these services in the Czech Republic are the Czech Railways, Student Agency and the City of Prague with its project Opencard. In my work I present detailed information on offered services, their development from the beginning until now, focus on procedures of purchase and payment. In the thesis, I summarize the pros and cons of selected services, evaluate the sale of services online, compared with their - for a long time only - paper versions. Based on the findings emerged, I tried to assess the quality of online services in transport, where I chose as main criteria their simplicity and clarity, which are important pillars of successful development in e-commerce.
Internet as a means of communication and promoting companies

The Internet is considered to be an enormous contribution in the human history. It does not mean only a certain "space", where people communicate, gain knowledge, but it also serves as an advertising space for companies. It is no longer important for companies to be able to orientate themselves purely on the market but also on the Internet. The goal of this thesis is an assessment of the options of internet marketing, because every good manager, who wants to keep pace with competition, realizes its advantages and necessities. The thesis is divided into 2 parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical one deals with the importance of the Internet in terms of marketing, marketing mix and communication mix on the Internet. The second part is focused on the practical application on the basis of the theoretical knowledge and represents a potential concept of marketing activities in the certain company into the future.
Electronic business in Slovakia

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to specify and analyze the concept of electronic business, specially the one part of it- e-shop, which includes application to the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part consists of two sections. First chapter characterize the concept of the Internet and all activities connected with its. Also analyzes pros and cons and the development of the Internet. Electronic business is main topic of the second chapter. First the concept of e-business is discussed in general and then all his forms are specified. The chapter consists of positive and negative sides that are brought by electronic business. The practical part deals with concept of e-shop in overall, as well is extended of concrete example. The conclusion is summing up all gained information and offer some solution and possibilities for the companies, which are in position to introduce e-shop to their business philosophy.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was the practical ability to use emphirical datas about web page design and their application on chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of the internet communication and analyzes all its parts in detail. The second section deals with the evolution of the internet communication and the history of the Internet till the present days. The second chapter sums all the obtained information and technologies used in the process of company's web page design. The third chapter contains practical web page creation of the chosen company with the evaluation and author's recommendations. The conclusion evaluates the entire thesis and includes the author's opinion.
