Title: National football arena issue and public attitude to its construction Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out Czech public attitude toward a national football arena construction. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey. The results have shown football public opinion on the national football arena project and the main public ideas about the construction. Methods: A descriptive analysis was used to analyze the national football arena issue. Electronic version of questionnaire survey has been used to find out public attitude to national football arena construction. Results: The results of this research have shown the diversity of Czech public attitude. However, we can claim that most of football public supports the national football arena construction. Based on materials and literature to describe the administration of municipal chronicles in the Nizbor region (Nižbor, Stradonice, Žloukovice) from the beginning to 1948. To introduce municipal chronicles as a type of historical material and legislation which amend their administration. To mention the history of the region. To introduce the chroniclers of the mentioned municipalities. To focus on the memorial book of the village of Žloukovice and make a comparison with the chronicles of the villages of Nižbor and Stradonice.

Efficiency of football clubs in Premier League

Title: Efficiency of football clubs in Premier League Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to investigate the technical efficiency of Premier League clubs in the 2015/2016 season using a Data Envelopment Analysis approach. Determine which clubs worked efficiently and identify weaknesses of individual teams. Methods: The efficiency of each Premier League club is analysed by Data envelopment analysis (DEA). The efficiency is computed for input oriented CCR model (constant returns to scale) and BCC model (variable returns to scale). Results: The technical efficiency of each club in the 2015/2016 Premier League season is evaluated in the practical part of this thesis, with eight clubs achieving maximum efficiency for both CCR and BCC models.
