Contactless measurement of operational deflection shape

This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of 2D/3D laser scanners used in measuring operating deflection shapes. Describes the issue of measuring the operating deflection shapes and modal analysis. My work also contains a description of the measurement chain. From the contactless measurement of a vibrating surface using the application created in LabVIEW to its visualization in Pulse Reflex.
Localization and Chasing of an Intruder in Known Environment

This thesis concentrates information from the field of algorithms for solving the problem of localization and pursuit in known environment. Division of algorithms according to their types and characteristics is given. The algorithms are described in a simplified, easier-to-understand form in comparison to detailed descriptions found in the original papers. Another part of this work is a framework for creation of java applets graphically presenting p-e algorithms. One such applet is implemented with the use of this framework. Educational web pages presenting gathered information and implemented applet are also part of the thesis.

This thesis deals with design and implementation of extension module that enables 2D scanning with single-point interferometer. Afterwards is here solved question of software, which output data can be visualized in ModalVIEW by ABSignal company. My work also contains an overview of LDV sensors and scan systems, which are used to laser beam steering.

Strategic analysis of the company Škoda Transportation a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Škoda Transportation, a.s. Strategic analysis will be carried out for the period 2010 - 2014 and the obtained results will be compared with the competition and the industry. The thesis is divided into four parts: introduction, theoretical part, analytical part and summary. The reasons, why the topic has been chosen and basic information about the problem, are mentioned in the introduction. Theoretical part contains methods and techniques which are then used in the analytical part. The last part summarizes results obtained in the analytical part.
