This thesis addresses the design documentation for Guest House in Uherský Ostroh at street Dlouhá 249. The building is designed to accommodate up to 48 guests, which is available restaurant. The restaurant has a capacity of sixty people, the kitchen is expected to serving 200 meals per day. The proposed facility is located in the plane is no basement and has two floors. The building is covered with a gable roof in part, in part walkable flat roof.

The subject of the thesis is a new family house for a family of four to five located in the Hustopeče village and its surroundings in the Olomouc region. This house is designed as a brick wall system jacketed from the HELUZ system, ceilings are designed by HELUZ supporting ceiling panels. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses which stability is ensured by the bracing. The building has two floors, without a basement, covered with sloped gable roof with an angle of 32 degrees. The building is located on a flat terrain on the property without the previous development.
