Measurement of cultivated cells' viability with fluorescence
Tichý, Pavel ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Čmiel, Vratislav (advisor)
This work is aimed to explain to possibilities of measuring viability of cultivated animal cells by staining cells with fluorescent probes. Flourescent probes described in this work are calcein AM and ethidium homodimer-1. There are also mentioned conditions and possibilities of cell cultivation. Additionaly there were created programs for cell´s viabillity detection in Matlab.
Production of holder body by solid forming
Tichý, Pavel ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (advisor)
TICHÝ Pavel: Production of a holder body by solid forming. A Graduation Thesis of Master´s Studies, the 5th Year of Study, the School-year 2008/2009, FSI VUT Brno, Department of Machining, May 2009, Pages No. 80, Appendixes No. 9. The Graduation Thesis, elaborated in the framework of engineering studies, presents the technology of a body holder production carried out by solid forming. The material of the forged piece is steel Ck55 (12 060), the semi-finished product is of the 65 and its length is 12m. A yearly production is 122 000 pieces. Based on the studies of possible production technologies, the technology of production by die forging has been chosen, while a drop forging technology on a hammer HO630 and product-trim on a trimming press S160 have been used. For this option, the required technological calculations, the design of the die, the specification of production machines, which are necessary for forging process realization, have been carried out. An inspection of the propose forging by a private forge and a change in the geometry of the die have been carried out. A part of the study is a simulation forming process which is made in the software QFORM.
Kindergarden
Tichý, Pavel ; Sláma, Ludvík (referee) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The thesis deals with drafting project documentation for the new building of the kindergarten. The building is designed in two separate classes, each with a capacity of 24 children, facilities for teachers and classroom for smaller rings. Parts of the building is designed for the needs of kindergarten kitchen. The building has two floors, brick bearing system. Warmth contact insulation system with an insulating layer of polystyrene. Roofing flat roof of the building.
Detached house, Topolná
Tichý, Pavel ; Špás, Luděk (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for a new family home. The building is located in the village Topolná in gently sloping terrain and is designed for a family of 4 members. House is designed as a freestanding, two-floored, with flat roof. The house has a garage. Above the garage there is a terrace and green roof. Vertical structures are bricked of lime-sand bricks, ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. The house is insulated contact system ETIC with an insulating layer of foamed polystyrene.
Detection of ischemia in ECG
Tichý, Pavel ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This paper describes the manifestations of ischemia in the ECG signals and summarizes some methods allowing automatic detection of ischemia. Morphological features were then calculated from ECG signals available from UBMI and statistically evaluated to select features appropriate for further automatic classification. Multilayer feedforward neural network was used for classification of heart beats. The neural network was designed in Matlab. Classification performance up to 99.9% was obtained on available dataset.
Re-education of children with motor difficulties of primary school age
Tichý, Pavel ; Süss, Vladimír (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Hana (referee) ; Zelinková, Olga (referee)
BIBLIOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION Name and surname of the author: Mgr. Pavel Tichý Name of the dissertation: Re-education of children with motor difficulties of primary school age Workplace: FTVS UK, Department of Sport Games Supervisor of the work: Doc. PhDr. Vladimír Süss, Ph.D. Year of presentation: 2016 ABSTRACT Objective: The aim was to find out the possibility of the re-education of motor difficulties in children of primary school age and create a re-education intervention program, the aim of which is to reduce these difficulties. Subsequently, to verify whether the intervention program had an effect on the motor difficulties of the children. Method: The research was designed as a prospective intervention study where there were two combined orientations ofeducational research: quantative and qualitative. To solve the problem a research design was used, called Crossover Design (Wilmore et al., 2008, Thomas et al., 2005), which was conceived as an experiment with an intervention re-education program aimed at improving the motor difficulties of children. The quantative part of the research was focused on the assessment of motor skills and to detect motor problems in children of primary school age. MABC-2 (Henderson et al., 2007) battery of motor tests were used for this purpose. The qualitative part of the...
